DK177 Striped Dark Gray (12"x20") Pet Feeding Mat, Absorbent with Waterproof Rubber Backing

The absorbent surface helps catch splashed water and food around your pet’s bowls, while the waterproof rubber backing helps protect the floor underneath. This DK177 mat measures 20" x 12" and has a striped dark gray design for a tidy feeding area.

For a feeding station that needs to handle both drips and spills, its absorbent top and waterproof backing serve different purposes in one mat. Use it beneath food and water bowls to keep the area around them more contained.

The mat is described as absorbent and stain-resistant, helping manage water or milk spills and keep paws away from wet spots around the bowls. Its waterproof rubber backing helps prevent moisture from seeping through to the floor, while the non-slip design helps the mat stay in place during everyday feeding. The surface is designed to resist pet hair and dust, and can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed with water as part of hand washing.

Compatibility

Made for feeding setups for cats and dogs, the mat can sit under food bowls, water bowls, or both. Its 20" x 12" footprint gives you a defined area for a pet’s dishes while helping contain nearby splashes. Position it on a clean, flat surface with the rubber backing against the floor.

Best use cases

Place the mat beneath a water bowl where drips tend to collect, or use it under a food-and-water setup to help keep the feeding spot neater. It suits homes where a washable mat is preferable to a simple tray: the absorbent surface handles spills at the top, and the waterproof backing adds a barrier between moisture and the floor. The striped dark gray finish also gives bowls a dedicated place without drawing attention away from the rest of the room.

Buyers describe the mat as practical and neat-looking, and commonly appreciate its water absorption and ease of cleaning. Some say it stays put on tile and helps keep feeding areas tidy. Feedback on size is mixed: some find it works for two bowls, while others consider it smaller than expected, so use the stated 20" x 12" dimensions to plan the placement of your dishes.

Practical questions

Can cats and dogs use this mat? Yes. It is intended for both cats and dogs and is designed for use beneath pet food or water bowls.

What are the mat’s dimensions? It measures 20" long by 12" wide. Compare those measurements with your bowl arrangement to see how much of the feeding area it will cover.

How do you clean it? The care instruction is hand wash only. For routine cleanup, the surface can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed with water.

This DK177 mat brings together an absorbent surface, waterproof rubber backing, and a practical 20" x 12" format for everyday feeding areas. It’s a useful choice for cat and dog owners who want to catch bowl spills and give their pet’s dishes a defined spot on the floor.
