DesGully FD-EP-230201-1572 Solar Wind Chime, 37-Inch, 6 LED Bars

At 37 inches long, this outdoor wind chime combines metal tubes with acrylic light bars for a decorative accent that brings sound and color to a garden, patio, or yard.

Six LED bars cycle through seven colors, adding a changing glow after dark. The solar-powered design stores energy from sunlight and turns on automatically at night when no other light sources are nearby.

A breeze sets the metal tubes in motion to create a gentle musical tone. A blank wooden pendant offers space for a personal message or drawing, making the chime a thoughtful gift as well as outdoor decor.

Practical tips

For the solar lighting to operate as intended, hang the chime where its panel can receive direct sunlight during the day. Keeping the panel clean is also part of the manufacturer’s care guidance. Once hung, the tubes move with a breeze, you can also move them by hand to hear their tone. The tubes are designed not to tangle easily.

Compared with a static garden ornament, this chime adds both movement and sound, along with color-changing light after dark. What could make a patio corner feel more personal than an ornament that also carries a handwritten message? The wooden pendant lets you add a greeting or drawing, so the piece can be tailored for a birthday, Christmas, Father’s Day, or Mother’s Day.

Buyers often praise the appearance, changing colors, and musical sound. Feedback on brightness and reliability varies, so these impressions are best treated as individual experiences rather than a promise of a particular result. The documented solar operation and color-changing bars make it especially suited to a spot where daytime sunlight and evening ambiance are both welcome.

Usage tips

Choose a place where the chime can move freely in the breeze and the solar panel can receive sunlight. In the evening, the LEDs provide a changing-color accent while the tubes add sound as they move. For a quieter moment, move the tubes manually to hear them without waiting for the wind. Personalize the wooden pendant before giving the chime as a gift, or use it to add a simple message to your own outdoor space.

The design brings several functions together without needing a separate decorative light: wind-activated music, solar-powered color, and a customizable pendant. That makes it a practical choice for adding a point of interest to a patio, garden, or yard, especially where a decorative accent should be enjoyable by day and after dark.
