Coolife YD000088 Hardside Luggage Set, Midnight Blue with TSA Lock

For travelers who want a rolling carry-on and a way to keep personal items organized, the Coolife set brings both together. A hard-shell suitcase handles packed clothing, while the backpack and travel accessories help separate essentials. It suits trips where easy maneuvering and organized packing matter more than traveling with a single bag.

What to know

The midnight blue suitcase has a PC+ABS hard shell, a combination TSA lock, YKK zippers, and four spinner wheels that rotate 360 degrees. The shell is described as lightweight and scratch-resistant, and the suitcase is listed as water-resistant. Together, these details support practical travel: the lock is designed for inspection by authorized security personnel, the zipper helps secure a packed case, and the spinner wheels make it easier to guide the suitcase through busy terminals.

The set pairs the 20-inch carry-on with an 18-inch backpack, a toiletry pouch, and a separate shoe bag. The backpack has padded shoulder straps, a breathable back panel, a chest strap, and quick-access pockets on the top and side. A trolley sleeve lets it sit over the suitcase handle, keeping both bags together while moving through an airport. The toiletry pouch is detachable and can also be used as a crossbody bag, while the shoe bag keeps footwear apart from packed clothing.

Buyers often praise the set’s capacity and durability, while feedback on size is mixed. Some also report that the handle does not always slide all the way up. These are useful points to weigh alongside how you prefer to pack and handle your luggage.

Fit and sizing

The suitcase measures 15.35 inches long, 9.25 inches wide, and 22.24 inches high, and the listed item weight is 8.9 pounds. Its carry-on format is intended for overhead storage, while the backpack is designed for underseat storage. Airline cabin requirements can vary, so compare the listed suitcase dimensions with your carrier’s rules when planning a flight.

A standalone carry-on may suit someone who wants to travel with just one bag. This set is more useful when you want a rolling case plus separate places for personal essentials, toiletries, and shoes. The backpack’s trolley sleeve helps keep the combination manageable between the gate and your seat.

Practical tips

Pack clothing and larger items in the suitcase, then use the backpack for items you may want close at hand. Keep toiletries in the detachable pouch and shoes in their separate bag to maintain distinct packing zones. The top and side backpack pockets provide quick access to travel essentials, while the telescopic handle adjusts with a one-button control. For lifting the case into an overhead bin or car trunk, use its top or side handle.

Is it worth it?

This Coolife set is a practical fit for travelers who value a coordinated carry-on setup rather than relying on one case alone. The hardside suitcase, spinner wheels, TSA lock, and YKK zippers cover key travel needs, while the backpack, detachable pouch, and shoe bag offer more ways to organize what you bring. A solid pick if you want rolling luggage with separate bags for personal items and footwear.
