belietop LC501XL Black Ink Cartridges, 2-Pack for Brother Printers

A two-cartridge pack gives you replacement black ink for compatible Brother printers without buying a single cartridge at a time. Each LC501XL cartridge is rated for up to 500 pages, with the stated yield based on 5% coverage on A4 paper. The pack also includes a user guide.

Practical tips

These are compatible, third-party cartridges, not Brother-branded ink. The listed printer models are Brother MFC-J1260DW, MFC-J1360DW, and MFC-J1410DW, so match the model number on your printer before ordering. The product title also names the MFC-J1360DW, while the detailed compatibility list is the clearest guide to the other supported models.

The page figure is an estimate, not a fixed number of pages for every job. Documents with dense text, graphics, or large areas of black can use ink differently from pages printed at the stated 5% coverage. If your printing is occasional and mostly text, the listed yield gives you a useful reference, photo-heavy or ink-intensive work may produce a different result.

The listing describes the cartridges as having intelligent chips and being designed for quick installation and recognition. It also notes that a printer may show a cartridge-not-recognized or low-ink message. In that situation, the supplied guidance is to reinstall the cartridge and turn the printer off and back on until it recognizes it. That troubleshooting note is worth considering if you prefer a replacement that does not require any additional setup steps.

What you’ll notice day to day

The pack is focused on black printing. It can suit routine documents when the printer is one of the listed models and you want two replacement cartridges on hand. It does not include color ink, so it will not replenish a printer’s other ink colors.

Compared with buying one cartridge at a time, a two-pack provides a second replacement in the same purchase. Compared with choosing ink by appearance or cartridge number alone, matching the exact printer model is the more useful first check: compatibility is specific to the models named in the listing. It makes sense if you need black LC501XL replacements for a listed printer and are comfortable using compatible cartridges. Better avoided if you need color ink in the same pack or your printer model is not among those listed.

Buying verdict

This pack is most relevant when you have one of the specified Brother printers and need black ink rather than a mixed-color set. The stated yield helps compare it with other cartridge options, but it should be read in the context of the 5% coverage condition, your actual page count depends on what you print. Its compatible-cartridge format is the key buying distinction, and the listing’s recognition-error advice makes printer compatibility especially important. Choose it for a straightforward two-cartridge supply if your model matches the compatibility list. If you need an exact-model match outside that list, color cartridges, or a cartridge explicitly carrying the printer manufacturer’s branding, this listing does not establish those requirements.
