Product description
For a home office printing forms, schoolwork, or other everyday documents, this two-pack of Cool Toner 67/67XL cartridges provides black ink for listed compatible HP inkjet printers. Each cartridge is rated for up to 750 pages at 5% coverage, so the stated yield is a guide rather than a promise for every print routine.
They’re compatible, non-OEM cartridges—not HP-branded supplies. That distinction matters if you’re comparing a two-cartridge replacement pack with an original-brand cartridge or need ink specifically from the printer manufacturer.
Why it makes sense
The pack contains two black cartridges and a user guide. Having a spare in the same pack can be useful for routine document printing, while the black-only format keeps the purchase focused on monochrome output rather than a color-ink set. The manufacturer’s yield estimate is up to 750 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage, pages with heavier ink coverage may use ink differently, so that figure shouldn’t be treated as a guaranteed count.
These are listed for select DeskJet and Envy models, including the DeskJet 2755e, 2855e, and 4155e, and Envy 6055e and 6455e. The provided compatibility information covers additional models, but the series name alone is not enough to establish a match. Buyers describe installation and printer fit positively, while feedback on print clarity and how long the ink lasts is mixed. Some also mention black ink smearing on their hands, so careful handling is sensible.
The essentials
- Ink: Black
- Cartridge type: Compatible, non-OEM
- Pack: 2 cartridges, user guide included
- Stated yield: Up to 750 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage
- Printer type: Inkjet
For a printer on the compatibility list, this format is aimed at replacing black ink for everyday paper documents. It doesn’t supply color ink, and the listed yield depends on the coverage used in the estimate. Check your exact printer model against the product’s compatibility details before choosing it, similar model names can refer to different variants.
Who it’s for
It makes sense if you need black cartridges for a listed DeskJet or Envy model and prefer a two-pack of compatible supplies. It may also suit a household or small workspace that prints documents regularly and wants a second cartridge on hand. If you print photos or need color output, a black-only pack won’t cover that need. It’s not for you if your printer isn’t included in the compatibility information or you specifically want an HP OEM cartridge.
Practical questions
How many cartridges are included? The package lists two 67XL black cartridges and one user guide.
Which printers are listed as compatible? Examples include the DeskJet 2755e, 2855e, and 4155e, plus the Envy 6055e and 6455e. Match the full model number to the supplied compatibility list before ordering.
How many pages can one cartridge print? The stated estimate is up to 750 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage. Actual yield can vary with how much ink each page uses.
When it makes sense
Choose this pack when you need two compatible black cartridges for a specifically listed printer and are comfortable choosing a non-OEM option. If manufacturer-branded ink is a requirement, or your printer model is not named in the compatibility details, this isn’t the right match. Mixed buyer feedback on print quality and cartridge duration is worth weighing against the convenience of getting two replacements together.
