Batoliet 025 Freestanding Toilet Paper Holder, Black Metal, 4-Roll Storage

Some bathrooms need a holder that stays in one spot, others need a setup that can be placed without mounting it to a wall. The Batoliet 025 is a freestanding metal stand designed for the second kind of need.

It dispenses one toilet paper roll and stores three spares, keeping extras together beside the toilet. Its black finish and rectangular shape give it a simple look for a bathroom or restroom.

The stand may also suit compact spaces where a wall-mounted holder is not practical. Customer feedback is mixed on how securely it stays assembled, so stability is worth weighing alongside its convenience.

Usage tips

This holder is intended to stand on the floor rather than attach to a wall. That makes it a flexible choice for bathrooms where drilling is undesirable or a fixed holder is inconvenient. It is described as having a non-slip base, and the arm has a cap intended to help keep the active roll in place.

For a small bathroom, keeping the three spare rolls on the stand can make them easier to reach without adding a separate storage spot. Buyers also mention using it in tiny RV bathrooms, though the listed dimensions are still worth considering when floor space is tight. Compared with a basic single-roll holder, this design adds spare-roll storage, a wall-mounted setup may be preferable when keeping the floor clear is the priority.

Tips for day-to-day use

Assembly involves connecting the stand with screws. Customer comments often describe assembly as easy, but some also report that screws can loosen, parts can break, or the active roll may not stay secure. Tighten the connections during assembly and check them if the stand starts to wobble. These reports are not universal, but they make the holder’s stability a relevant consideration rather than a detail to overlook.

The manufacturer describes the metal as rustproof and easy to clean. Buyers’ reports include concerns about durability and some arriving scratched or rusted, so the advertised finish should not be treated as a guarantee against every issue. Worth considering if you want freestanding storage for spare rolls and a black finish. You may want to skip it if reports of inconsistent sturdiness would be a dealbreaker, if you prioritize a firmly fixed holder, a mounted design may better suit that need.

Practical questions

How many rolls does it hold? It dispenses one roll and has space for three spare rolls, for four rolls in total.

Does it need to be mounted? No. It is a freestanding stand, assembled by tightening screws.

What do buyers say about assembly and stability? Many find assembly straightforward, while feedback on sturdiness is mixed. Some report loosening screws, broken parts, or an active roll that does not stay securely in place.

Final verdict

The Batoliet 025 makes sense when you want a freestanding holder that keeps a working roll and three backups together, especially where wall mounting is not convenient. Its metal construction, black finish, and compact footprint are practical features, but buyer feedback raises real questions about long-term durability and steadiness. Choose it for accessible spare-roll storage if that tradeoff works for your bathroom, consider a fixed holder if secure mounting matters more.
