Epicano Freestanding Toilet Paper Holder, Black

If you want backup toilet paper close at hand without installing a wall fixture, a freestanding holder offers a straightforward alternative. It can be placed beside the toilet and moved when you need the floor space elsewhere.

The Epicano stand is designed to store three mega rolls, with an open top for grabbing a replacement quickly. Raised feet keep the stored rolls off the bathroom floor.

Its appeal is practical rather than decorative: it adds reserve storage where a small bathroom may not have a cabinet or spare shelf.

How it fits

This holder is intended to sit on the floor, so it works in bathrooms without wall-mounted fixtures and in spaces where you would rather avoid drilling or installation. Since it is movable, you can shift it for cleaning or reposition it beside the toilet. That flexibility comes with a tradeoff: unlike a wall-mounted holder, it still uses some floor area.

The open-top design keeps reserve rolls accessible. For example, when the roll on the dispenser runs out, you can reach down for a spare instead of opening a cabinet or searching another room. The raised feet also create separation between the stored paper and the floor, a useful detail in a bathroom where floors may get damp.

Will it fit neatly in a tight spot? The capacity is clear on the spec sheet, but dimensions are not provided, so there is no way to judge the exact footprint in advance. Measure the intended space if the gap beside your toilet is narrow.

Pros

• Stores up to three mega rolls, keeping backups in one place.
• Open top makes reserve rolls easy to access.
• Freestanding and movable, with no wall fixture required.
• Raised feet keep the paper off the floor.
• Powder-coated finish is described as rust resistant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

The main compromise is that storage comes from a floor-standing organizer, not a wall-mounted solution. If your bathroom has very limited floor space, even a movable stand may be in the way. The product information also does not give dimensions, so placement needs a little thought before choosing a spot.

Is it worth it?

You’ll appreciate it if you want spare mega rolls within reach, lack a convenient wall fixture, or need a movable storage option for a guest bathroom. Compared with a basic holder that stores only the roll in use, this stand keeps backups nearby, compared with a wall-mounted reserve rack, it avoids installation but takes up floor space.

Better avoided if you need an exact fit for a very narrow bathroom or want storage that stays entirely off the floor. There are no listed dimensions to confirm clearance, and the freestanding format is the deciding limitation. If you have a suitable spot beside the toilet, its three-roll capacity and quick-access top make it a practical way to keep backups organized.
