PlayStation controller silicone cover with panda grip
Product description
Key points
PlayStation controller owners who want a bit more comfort and protection during everyday sessions will like this silicone cover from PlayVital. The Cute Spring Lesser Panda design adds a playful look while the textured surface helps you keep a secure, anti-slip grip when gaming gets intense 🐼. It also includes paw print joystick caps and matching stickers, so you can customise the feel and appearance without needing to remove the cover. 🙂
There’s also practical peace of mind here. A precision cut design keeps access to buttons and triggers, so you can play with full functionality rather than taking the cover on and off. You also get full face button coverage made from premium silicone, which is aimed at reducing the everyday risk of scratches and wear, plus helping with drop protection. 🛡️
One thing to bear in mind is compatibility with charging. This cover is designed to work with the PS5 official charging dock, meaning you do not need to remove it to charge. If you rely on a charging station for day-to-day convenience, that matters.

What stands out
The enhanced anti-slip grip is a key feature. The cover uses a textured surface to help you maintain control during longer sessions, especially if your hands get sweaty or your grip tightens under pressure. It is designed to feel stable in motion, which supports accurate inputs without needing to think about the cover slipping.
Customisation is built in rather than added later. You get matching joystick caps along with stickers that complement the Spring Lesser Panda theme, including panda ears, a heart and wreath on the front grip, and a red panda tail and paw prints on the back. The paw print joystick caps are intended to improve control and comfort, bringing the look and the feel together 🙂.
Protection is also approached as full coverage rather than a partial sleeve. The silicone is shaped to encase the face buttons, aiming to defend against scratches and everyday wear. It also offers shockproof style protection for day-to-day handling, such as small drops and knocks that can happen when you pick the controller up quickly.
A simple practical detail helps with routines: full access. The precision-cut cover provides access to all buttons and triggers without removal, so gameplay stays smooth. This means you avoid interruptions when you switch between using the controller and checking inputs during matches.
What you’ll notice day to day
A cover like this makes the controller feel more secure from the first session. You should expect a more confident grip thanks to the textured anti-slip design, plus a more protected surface around the face buttons. If you are the type of player who uses the controller frequently, the full coverage aims to keep it looking better for longer by reducing direct scuffs.
It also fits well into setups that use a charging station. Since the cover is compatible with the PS5 official charging dock, you can charge without removing the silicone skin, which is useful if you charge overnight or between gaming sessions. Worth noting, you still get access to buttons and triggers during use, so the cover is not meant to be constantly taken off.
It suits you if you want a mix of cute themed style and practical grip plus protection. It may not suit you if you prefer a completely bare controller feel, since textured silicone will change surface friction and hand feel slightly. If your priority is quick, uninterrupted charging with added protection, this PlayVital silicone cover and its panda theme are a straightforward choice for everyday play.
