ASUS Chromebook 15 CM1505C4 Laptop, 15.6-inch Full HD, 4GB RAM, 128GB eMMC

Use it for web browsing, online tasks and everyday computing at home, at work or while travelling. The ASUS Chromebook 15 CM1505C4 brings Chrome OS and a large Full HD screen together in a laptop designed for productivity and entertainment on the move.

Its 15.6-inch display has a 1920 × 1080 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate, giving you a clear screen for documents, websites and video. The larger format is a practical choice when you want more viewing space than a compact laptop provides.

A MediaTek Kompanio 540 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of eMMC storage support everyday computing and web browsing. Chrome OS adds automatic updates and a simple way to get started with compatible apps and online services.

At a glance

The CM1505C4 runs Google Chrome OS and pairs its MediaTek Kompanio 540 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB eMMC storage. This configuration is suited to common browser-based tasks such as checking email, researching online, managing documents and streaming entertainment. Automatic updates help keep the operating system current without making updates a separate part of your regular routine.

The 15.6-inch Full HD screen combines a 1920 × 1080 resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate. That gives websites, documents and video a clear display, while the larger screen can make it easier to keep your work and reference material visible as you move between tasks. Choose this format when screen space is a priority, a smaller laptop may suit a different preference for a more compact display.

Getting the most from it

Chrome OS makes this laptop a natural fit for routines centred on browsing and online services. Use it to work through web-based documents, keep up with messages or enjoy entertainment on the same screen. The MediaTek processor is specified for everyday computing and web browsing, while 4GB RAM and 128GB eMMC storage provide the stated memory and file-storage configuration.

For example, you can open a browser to research a topic, keep a document alongside it and return to online tasks without changing devices. The Full HD resolution gives that work a clear viewing area, and the 15.6-inch format is useful when you want a laptop screen that feels more spacious than a compact alternative.

Usage tips

Set up the laptop around the online services and apps you use, then take advantage of Chrome OS automatic updates. Its combination of a Full HD display and everyday computing hardware suits browsing, document work and entertainment in one device. The 60Hz refresh rate is part of the display specification, alongside its 1920 × 1080 resolution.

A charger is not included. For charging, ASUS recommends a USB-C charger that supports USB Power Delivery (PD) with a minimum output of 45W. Choosing a charger to match this guidance gives you a straightforward way to prepare the laptop for use.

Should you buy it?

The ASUS Chromebook 15 CM1505C4 is a good fit for someone who wants a large-screen laptop for everyday web use, documents and entertainment, with Chrome OS and automatic updates at the centre of the experience. Its 15.6-inch Full HD display offers more room for reading and working than a compact-screen approach, while the MediaTek Kompanio 540, 4GB RAM and 128GB eMMC storage make the intended everyday use clear.
