VASAGLE CUSTOS OFC082W02 Filing Cabinet, 4 Lockable Drawers, Printer Stand

For a home office that needs organised filing and a place for a printer, the VASAGLE CUSTOS OFC082W02 brings both into one freestanding cabinet.

Its four drawers have adjustable hanging rails for A4 and Letter-size files, helping keep paperwork sorted by project, household or user. Need to make use of a corner without adding a separate filing unit and printer table?

The Cloud White finish and clean, contemporary lines suit a coordinated workspace. The top provides a dedicated surface for a printer, while individual drawer locks help keep important documents private.

Practical tips

Plan the cabinet’s position around its 41 x 40 cm footprint and 135.5 cm height, leaving access to the drawers and the top surface. Once assembled, secure it to the wall with the included anti-tip kit, as directed for safe use. The assembly instructions are included, and the cabinet is designed to stand on the floor.

The adjustable rails let you arrange the drawers for A4 or Letter-size hanging files, so the cabinet can work with different filing needs in the same household or office. A practical setup is to give each drawer a clear role, such as current paperwork, reference files or household records, rather than mixing everything together.

Benefits

Combining file storage with a printer stand gives you a single place for everyday paperwork and printing. Keep the printer on top and the files close at hand, making it easier to retrieve a document or put new paperwork away without moving between separate pieces of furniture. Its vertical layout makes the most of the floor area it occupies, with four lockable drawers for a structured filing system.

Each drawer has its own lock, helping separate access when several people share the workspace. The manufacturer describes each tier as holding up to 130 files, for a stated total capacity of around 520 documents. The top has a maximum static load capacity of 80 kg, giving it a defined load rating for a printer and other office items.

Customer feedback praises the cabinet’s appearance and describes assembly and the instructions as straightforward. Feedback on the locking mechanism is mixed, and some customers raise concerns about screws not tightening or staying secure. These are buyer impressions rather than a guarantee of how any individual unit will perform.
