S'well Azurite 500ml Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle for Hot and Cold Drinks
Product description
The vacuum insulation is designed to keep drinks hot or cold for longer, making the S'well Original Azurite a practical bottle for carrying coffee, water or another drink through the day. Its 500ml capacity and stainless steel construction suit everyday use, while the blue, stone-inspired finish gives it a distinctive look and added texture.
It is rated to keep drinks hot for 18 hours or cold for 36. The exterior is designed to resist condensation, so it should not leave a damp patch in your bag.
Why it’s worth it
The main reason to choose this bottle over a basic, uninsulated reusable one is temperature retention. That can be useful on a commute or at work: fill it with a hot drink in the morning, or carry a cold drink for later, without relying on a separate travel mug or chilled container. The wide mouth accommodates most ice cubes, and the bottle is designed to fit most cup holders, adding flexibility for everyday journeys.
Its reusable, BPA- and BPS-free stainless steel construction is another practical point. The Azurite finish is described as stone-like and textured, which gives it a different feel from a plain, smooth bottle. Worth considering if you want one 500ml bottle for both hot and cold drinks, rather than choosing a container for just one type of use.

The stated hot and cold timings are useful when comparing insulated bottles, but they describe the product’s intended performance rather than a guarantee for every drink or situation. The available details do not specify a dishwasher-safe option, the bottle is hand-wash only, so cleaning will involve washing it by hand.
How to use it
Use it for a hot drink when leaving home, or fill it with a cold drink and add ice if desired. The opening is sized to fit most ice cubes, though the wording does not promise compatibility with every cube tray. Its stated cup-holder fit may also help when carrying it in a car, but it is described as fitting most holders rather than all of them.
For care, wash the bottle by hand. It may not suit you if dishwasher cleaning is an important part of your routine. If you usually choose a simple reusable bottle, the insulation here is the added feature to weigh up, if you need a larger capacity than 500ml, the listed size may not meet that requirement.
Buying verdict
The S'well Original Azurite is worth a look if you want a reusable stainless steel bottle that can carry hot or cold drinks and you value its stated temperature-retention times, textured finish and condensation-free exterior. It has a clear everyday use case for commuting, work or carrying a drink in a cup holder. Choose a simpler bottle if insulation is not useful to you, or another option if hand-washing is a deal-breaker. The product details support a versatile, single-bottle approach, but the 500ml capacity and hand-wash-only care are worth factoring into your decision.
