SONGMICS Damion Collection LPC033B01 Interlocking Shoe Rack, 6 Doors, Black
Product description
For households needing room to organise a sizeable shoe collection, the SONGMICS LPC033B01 combines enclosed compartments with a modular design. It is listed as holding up to 24 pairs, and can also be used for bags or clothes, making it more versatile than a basic open shoe rack.
Its black finish and floor-standing format are intended for indoor storage, including a hallway. The unit measures 82 x 32 x 92 cm.
Usage tips
The panels and connectors assemble without tools, and a rubber mallet is included to help fit the joints. The unit can be arranged in two or three rows, or split into two smaller units, so its layout can be adapted to the space. That flexibility is useful if you want to organise footwear near the hall and use another section elsewhere for toiletries or bags.
The included anti-tip kit should be fixed to the wall, as specified in the product safety notes. Each compartment has a stated maximum static load of 5 kg, with a 30 kg total limit. The rack is not intended for prolonged outdoor use, and children should not climb on or play with it.
What stands out
Six doors keep footwear behind panels, while transparent sections make it easier to see what is stored. Ventilation holes are intended to let air circulate inside. The steel frame is supported by ABS connectors and PP plastic panels, giving the organiser a different feel from a single-piece cabinet: it can be rearranged, but assembly and correct panel placement are part of getting a stable unit.
A wire panel with five hooks is also included, adding a spot for smaller items. This could be useful in a hallway where shoes, bags and everyday accessories otherwise end up in separate places. The stated capacity of up to 24 pairs is a guide rather than a guarantee for every shoe shape, larger footwear can take up more room.
What matters most
The compartment interiors measure 30 x 40 x 30 cm. That gives a useful sense of the space available, while the 5 kg limit per compartment is worth keeping in mind if you plan to store heavier items as well as shoes. Compared with a simple open rack, the doors provide a more contained look and help keep dust and water away, an open rack may suit anyone who wants footwear immediately accessible without opening a door.
Buyers’ comments commonly praise the capacity, appearance and ease of assembly, with some describing the rack as spacious. Feedback on stability is mixed: some find it stable, while others say it can feel shaky when loaded with larger shoes. Secure the unit as directed and avoid exceeding its stated load limits.
Buying verdict
Worth considering if you need adaptable, enclosed storage for shoes and a few other household items, and have room for a unit measuring 82 x 32 x 92 cm. The option to divide or rearrange the sections may be more useful than a fixed shoe cabinet when your storage needs change. You may want to skip it if you need a one-piece cabinet or prefer an open rack for quick access. Its modular construction, transparent doors and stated load limits are the key points to weigh against the amount and type of footwear you plan to store.
