PLAYMOBIL City Action 70067 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Police Car with Lights and Sound

Illuminated front, rear and dashboard lights give the PLAYMOBIL City Action 70067 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Police set more to do than a standard toy car. It also has police light and sound effects, a removable roof, two figures and accessories for setting up pretend patrols.

The car is made of plastic and comes in blue. It is recommended from age four, with no assembly required, batteries are needed before the light and sound features can be used.

Everyday use

This set is suited to imaginative play built around a police chase, a roadside stop or a small scene made with the included figures and accessories. Children can take the roof off to place or reposition the figures, then use the lights and sound to add a more active element to the story. The included pieces give the car a role in play straight away, rather than leaving it as a vehicle that needs a separate set to make a scene.

It makes sense if a child enjoys vehicle-based role-play and will use the figures as well as the car. Compared with a simpler toy car without electronic effects, this one offers more ways to stage a patrol. It is still a single vehicle set, rather than a larger police play environment.

Where it shines

The combination of police effects and working front, rear and dashboard lights is the main distinction here. The removable roof is practical for moving the figures, while the two included figures support play from the start. That makes the set suitable for short, self-contained stories as well as joining a wider collection of toys already in use.

Buyer feedback describes the vehicle as a favourite toy for some children, and some buyers also speak positively about its quality and the roof. These are individual impressions, not a guarantee that every child will respond to it in the same way.

Worth noting

Batteries are not included. The product details specify one 1.5 V micro battery for the police light and sound, and three 1.5 V micro batteries for the front, rear and dashboard lighting. That is worth factoring in if the set is intended as a ready-to-play gift. The electronic effects add interest, but a battery-free car would be the simpler choice for someone who wants a toy that can be played with without preparing batteries.

The recommended age is four years and up. The supplied information does not give the car’s dimensions, so it is not possible to judge its size relative to other toys from these details alone.

Before you decide

What comes with the car? The set includes the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S police car, two figures and accessories.

Are batteries included? No. One 1.5 V micro battery is specified for the police light and sound, with three 1.5 V micro batteries for the front, rear and dashboard lights.

Is any assembly required? No assembly is required. The instructions say to fit the batteries as indicated before using the electronic features.

Should you buy it?

Choose the PLAYMOBIL City Action 70067 if lights, sound, figures and a removable roof are likely to add useful variety to a child’s police-car play. The battery requirements are the main practical consideration, particularly when buying it as a gift. If the priority is simply a car for play without electronic features, a more basic vehicle may be a better fit.
