FirFurd P124 Bookcase, 8 Compartments and 4 Drawers, Black, 100 x 30 x 180 cm

Eight open compartments give books, folders and display pieces a clear place, while four drawers keep smaller items tucked away. The FirFurd P124 combines visible storage with concealed space in one tall, black bookcase.

At 100 x 30 x 180 cm, it brings vertical storage to a study, living room or office. Its Nordic-inspired design also suits a kitchen or entrance, where it can hold tableware or everyday belongings.

Engineered wood with a painted finish gives the unit a smooth surface that can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The drawers run on metal runners, and the included L-shaped brackets let you secure the bookcase to the wall.

Getting the most from it

Use the open compartments for books, A4 folders, photo albums or objects you want to display, and reserve the drawers for smaller essentials you prefer to keep out of sight. This split between open and closed storage makes it easier to organise a room without relying on separate shelving and drawer furniture.

In a study, the compartments can keep reading material and folders accessible, in a living room, they can display books and decorative pieces. The same layout can serve as a storage shelf in an entrance or a place for tableware in a kitchen. Compared with a cabinet made entirely of closed storage, this design keeps frequently used items visible, while the drawers provide a more discreet spot for loose belongings.

The painted surface is designed for straightforward day-to-day care: wipe it with a damp cloth. As the bookcase is tall, use the supplied anti-tip brackets to secure it to the wall, particularly in a household with children or pets. Assembly is required, with labelled components and an illustrated guide provided. Customer feedback highlights the ease of following the assembly instructions, alongside positive comments about the bookcase’s quality.
