FEANDREA BAX PDC50H Folding Cat and Dog Carrier, 3 Mesh Doors, 50 x 35 x 35 cm
Product description
For owners who need a carrier that can be folded away between trips, this FEANDREA model has a compact, collapsible design. It measures 50 x 35 x 35 cm and has three mesh doors for access and airflow. The listed maximum supported weight is 7 kg. Its two pockets offer space for small travel essentials.
Key takeaways
The BAX PDC50H combines a metal frame with Oxford fabric and a PVC coating, plus a fleece mat. It weighs 2.2 kg and folds flat for storage, so it is designed to be moved and put away rather than left permanently set up. The three doors are positioned at the front, side and top, giving you different ways to place or reach your pet. Handles and two pockets add practical carrying and storage details.
The 50 x 35 x 35 cm size and 7 kg weight limit are important buying checks: a pet needs room to settle inside, not just to meet the stated weight. Compared with a fixed crate, this folding format is more suited to households that value portability and compact storage. A non-collapsible crate may suit better if it is intended to stay in one place.
Buyers’ comments often praise how easily the carrier folds down, its portability and the usefulness of the pockets. Some also appreciate having three entrances. Feedback on size is mixed, so the listed measurements are worth comparing with your pet’s space needs rather than relying on general impressions.
Cleaning & care
The Oxford fabric can be wiped with a sponge, while the removable fleece cushion can be washed separately. That split makes routine cleaning more manageable after a journey. The product information does not specify a washing method for the cushion, so follow any care instructions supplied with it rather than assuming it is suitable for a particular machine cycle.
Practical tips
The carrier is described as assembling in about 30 seconds without tools and folding flat afterwards. That could be useful when moving between car journeys and home storage. Before travelling, set it up fully and check that the frame is secured in its open position and the self-locking zips are closed. Keep treats or a lead in the pockets, but leave the carrier’s interior clear enough for your pet to settle.
It suits you if you want a portable carrier for a small pet and value fold-away storage, multiple entrances and a removable mat. It might not be a great match if your pet weighs more than 7 kg or needs more room than these dimensions provide. A fixed carrier is another approach if portability is not a priority.
