Blukar K9186 Rechargeable LED Torch, 2,000 Lumens, 10 Modes

For anyone who needs a torch for power cuts, evening walks or time outdoors, the Blukar K9186 combines warm and cool white light with a rechargeable design. Its compact format is easy to carry and keep close to hand.

Choose between two colour temperatures, then select a light level or signal mode to suit the task. The warm and cool settings each have five modes, including High, Medium, Low, Strobe and SOS.

A zoomable beam gives you a practical choice: use a wider spread for nearby tasks or a narrower beam to look further ahead. That makes the torch useful for both general illumination and more focused searching.

Getting the most from it

Use the on/off button to cycle through the light modes, and the separate colour-temperature button to switch between warm and cool white while the torch is on. The zoomable focus lets you adapt the beam to the space: a wide beam is useful when lighting a room or working nearby, while a narrower beam helps direct light towards something in the distance. The torch remembers the selected colour temperature and light pattern after it is switched off, so you can return to your preferred setting.

Recharge it with the included USB-C cable. The four battery indicators show the remaining power, making it easier to see when it is time to charge. Maximum runtime is stated as 17 hours in Low brightness mode, charging takes 2–3 hours. Its IPX6 water resistance suits use in rain or snow, including outdoor activities where the weather may change.

Best use cases

Keep the Blukar K9186 in a car or at home for a power cut, or bring it along for camping, hiking, fishing and dog walking. The compact handheld design is handy when you want portable light without carrying a larger torch. For close-up tasks around the house, the broad beam and lower light settings are useful, outdoors, the adjustable focus offers a more directed beam when you need to see further ahead. Strobe and SOS modes add signalling options to the everyday lighting settings.

Customer feedback often highlights brightness, portability and the choice of settings, with some buyers mentioning use around the home, in the car and on dog walks. These are useful qualities to consider if you want one torch that can move between everyday tasks and outdoor plans.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want a compact rechargeable torch with more control than a basic single-colour, fixed-beam design. The two white-light tones, adjustable focus, memory function and battery indicators make it adaptable for both home emergencies and outdoor use, while the USB-C charging cable supports straightforward recharging.
