Bowfar B-XDD-39Y LED Ceiling Light, 36W Dimmable, 3000K–6500K, 39cm

For rooms where the light needs to shift from a warm evening setting to a brighter, cooler tone, the Bowfar LED ceiling light offers remote adjustment in one fitting. Its slim, 2.5cm profile sits close to the ceiling. Dimming and adjustable colour temperature make it easier to set the light to suit different parts of the day.

Usage tips

Use the remote to adjust brightness from 10% to 100% and choose a colour temperature between 3000K and 6500K. A warmer setting suits relaxed evening use, while a cooler tone can be selected when you want a brighter feel for everyday tasks. The memory function retains the last light setting for the next time it is switched on.

The timer and night-light mode add useful options for a bedroom, including at bedtime. For installation, the supplied wire rope can be hooked into the lampshade closure to support the fitting while it is being mounted and wired. It is designed for ceiling mounting and indoor use. With an IP44 rating, it is also suitable for bathroom use.

Why it’s worth it

A fixed-colour ceiling light keeps to one setting, while this Bowfar fitting lets you change both brightness and colour temperature using the remote. That flexibility is handy in shared living spaces: use a softer light for relaxing, then adjust it for cooking, tidying or other everyday activities. The single LED light source produces up to 3,240 lumens, and the stated coverage is 15–25m², making it suitable for a range of home rooms.

The frosted acrylic shade is designed to spread the light evenly, while the slim, close-to-ceiling shape keeps the fitting visually discreet. Its white, modern design works across rooms such as kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and hallways. The IP44 rating also makes it suitable for bathroom use, adding another practical location for the same adjustable lighting features.

Its 39cm round format and 36W LED output suit everyday indoor lighting, while the memory function helps keep your preferred setting ready for the next use.
