VOREDO PG-260/CL-261 XL Ink Cartridge Set, Black and Tri-Colour

A black-and-tri-colour cartridge set, with one cartridge of each type, keeps everyday printing supplied with both ink options. The VOREDO PG-260/CL-261 XL cartridges are compatible replacements for selected Canon PIXMA and TR-series printers. Their intelligent chips let you track ink levels, while the high-yield format supports regular printing at home.

Practical tips

Check your printer’s model against the compatible list before choosing these cartridges. They work with the Canon PIXMA TS5300, TS5320, TS5320a, TS6400, TS6420 and TS6420a, as well as the Canon TR7020 and TR7020a. This gives households using one of these printers a single set for black text and colour printing, from routine documents to pages that call for more than one ink colour.

The set contains one black PG-260 XL cartridge and one tri-colour CL-261 XL cartridge. The stated page yields are up to 650 pages for black and up to 550 pages for colour, based on 5% coverage. Actual page use varies with what you print: text-heavy pages and colour-rich images use ink differently. The built-in intelligent chip also provides ink-level tracking, making it easier to see how much ink remains as you print.

Why it’s worth it

Choosing a paired black-and-colour set is a practical alternative to buying only the cartridge you need immediately. Both ink types are on hand for mixed printing, so you can handle a black-and-white document and a colour page without having to source a second cartridge separately. The XL format and stated yields are useful for regular printing, while the ink-level tracking helps you keep an eye on supply.

The cartridges are designed as compatible replacements for the listed printers, rather than branded Canon cartridges. Buyers report mixed experiences with print quality and value: some are pleased with the results, while others have had less satisfactory experiences. That feedback is worth weighing alongside the specific printer compatibility and cartridge type that match your setup.

The essentials

This two-cartridge set combines black ink for text and everyday monochrome pages with tri-colour ink for colour documents and images. It suits a home printing routine that moves between school or household paperwork and pages where colour adds useful detail. Keeping both cartridges together also makes it straightforward to replace the black and colour supplies from one set when needed.

The PG-260 XL and CL-261 XL names identify the cartridge types in the set. Check that your printer is one of the listed Canon PIXMA or TR models, then use the matching black or tri-colour cartridge as required. The two-year warranty is another practical detail for buyers choosing compatible replacement ink.

Is it worth it?

For owners of a compatible Canon printer who want both black and tri-colour ink in one purchase, this VOREDO set brings together the key details: XL cartridges, stated yields of up to 650 black pages and 550 colour pages at 5% coverage, and on-cartridge ink-level tracking. It’s a solid pick if your routine includes both text documents and colour printing and you want the two cartridge types ready in the same set.
