With up to 2,600 pages per cartridge at 5% page coverage, it’s suited to keeping printing tasks moving across work, study and office routines.

How it fits

These cartridges are compatible with a range of Brother monochrome laser printers, including the DCP-L2520DW and DCP-L2540DW, HL-L2300D, HL-L2320D and HL-L2360DW, and MFC-L2700DW and MFC-L2720DW. The cartridges are intended for black printing on plain paper. Their smart chip technology tracks the current toner level, making it easier to see when a replacement is approaching. For a household or small office that prints regularly, having two cartridges on hand can make the next change more convenient than ordering a single replacement each time.

Where it shines

The high-yield format suits recurring document work such as reports, forms, school materials and office correspondence. In a shared workspace, the pair provides a spare cartridge for the next replacement, while the page-yield rating gives a practical reference for planning routine printing. The stated yield is up to 2,600 pages per cartridge at 5% page coverage, actual page counts vary with how much toner each document uses.

Buyers often describe the cartridges as fitting their compatible printers and working as expected. Feedback on print quality is mixed, so impressions vary, the product’s documented use is black toner printing in the listed Brother laser printer models.

Practical questions

How can I check whether these cartridges fit my printer? Compare your Brother printer’s full model number with the compatibility list above. The range includes selected DCP, HL and MFC laser printer models.

How many pages can I expect from one cartridge? The stated yield is up to 2,600 pages per cartridge, calculated at 5% page coverage. Pages with more toner coverage use toner differently, so actual yield depends on what you print.

What does the smart chip do? It helps monitor the cartridge’s current toner level, giving you an indication of when to prepare a replacement.
