Vacplus Toilet Bowl Cleaner Tablets, 12-Pack, Blue Water, Sustained-Release

For households looking to maintain the toilet between regular brush cleanings, Vacplus toilet bowl cleaner tablets add a simple tank-based step to the routine. Each tablet is designed to work with every flush to help tackle limescale, rust stains and other stubborn dirt.

If your priority is ongoing care with little day-to-day handling, a dissolving tank tablet offers a different approach from cleaning only with a brush. It helps maintain the bowl between manual cleanings, while the brush remains useful for a more direct scrub.

The 12-pack gives you replacement tablets on hand, and the sustained-release design is intended to provide continued cleaning as the toilet is used.

How to use it

Clean the toilet bowl with a brush before the first use, then place one tablet in the toilet tank. Keep its transparent, water-soluble protective film on. Let the tablet dissolve for at least 30 minutes, until the water turns blue, before flushing. As the tablet works, the cleaning agent is released with each flush to help reduce dirt build-up and address odours.

The tablets support routine maintenance rather than replace brushing. When the blue water turns transparent after the tablet has dissolved, replace it with a fresh one. For a practical household routine, this means adding a tablet to the tank, allowing it to dissolve as directed, and continuing to use a brush for hands-on cleaning when needed.

What stands out

The tank-based format makes ongoing care straightforward: once a tablet has dissolved, the cleaning agent is released through regular flushing, helping address limescale, rust stains and other dirt in the toilet. Blue water also provides a visible indication that the tablet is active. With 12 tablets in the pack, replacements are ready when the colour turns transparent and the current tablet has dissolved.

This approach suits a routine focused on maintenance between brush cleanings. A brush remains the hands-on choice for scrubbing the bowl, the tablet provides a separate, flush-by-flush cleaning step. Using both lets you keep the familiar direct clean while adding sustained treatment through the tank.

Buyers appreciate the simple drop-in use, while feedback varies on cleaning results and how long each tablet lasts. Some also report concerns about how the tablets dissolve, so experiences with day-to-day performance differ.

Should you buy it?

Choose Vacplus if you want toilet care that works through the tank during normal flushing, rather than relying on brush cleaning alone. The sustained-release design, visible blue water and 12-tablet pack make it suited to households seeking a convenient maintenance step for the toilet. Follow the dissolving instructions and keep brush cleaning in the routine for a more complete approach to bowl care.
