Captodor 7001 Sports Odour Eliminator Spray, Fresh Rain, 2 x 500 ml
Product description
Supplied as two 500 ml bottles, Captodor 7001 is a liquid odour-control spray for sports equipment, sportswear and outdoor gear. Its Fresh Rain scent leaves a clean fragrance after application. The biotechnology-based formula is designed to neutralize and deodorize odours from sweat, soil and moisture. Shake, spray and leave the equipment to dry as part of your regular gear-care routine.
Best use cases
Use the spray on protective equipment, clothing and outdoor gear that pick up odours during activities. It suits a post-practice routine at home or a quick refresh while travelling to a game: apply it to the equipment, then leave it to work. The two-bottle format provides 1,000 ml in total for ongoing care across more than one piece of gear.
The product is intended for a variety of textile materials, making it useful for sports bags and equipment alongside sportswear. It focuses on managing odours on gear rather than adding fragrance alone, so it offers a practical approach when sweat, soil or moisture is the concern.
Pros
The triple-action formula is designed to neutralize and deodorize while adding a Fresh Rain scent. Its quick shake-and-spray application fits easily into a gear-care routine, and the product is developed for regular use on clothing and sports equipment. It is also described as biodegradable in line with OECD 301 guidelines.
Why choose an odour-control spray over a strongly perfumed cover-up? This formula is designed to address odours at the source, and buyers say they appreciate that the scent is not overpowering. Some also report that it works well on hockey gear. These are user impressions, while the product’s stated purpose is odour control for sports and outdoor items.
