Stephen Sanchez LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Vinyl LP Record

For listeners looking for Stephen Sanchez’s follow-up to his debut album, Angel Face, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE brings his next chapter to vinyl. It centres on love in its many forms, from partners and friends to neighbours and strangers.

The album pairs rich vocals with a technicolour pop sound, giving its reflections on connection a distinctive musical setting. Its title track expresses the importance of showing love to others, even when they do not return it.

Choose this LP for a focused, physical listening format, the album’s themes also make it a natural fit for a shared listening session or a quieter moment with the record playing through. It offers a different experience from simply streaming individual tracks, while keeping the attention on the album as a whole.

Practical tips

If you’re building a vinyl collection around contemporary pop, this record brings together a full album and a clear lyrical theme rather than a selection centred on one hit. Set it aside for a listening session when you want to follow the songs as part of one larger reflection on love and connection. A turntable is needed to play an LP record.

For a casual listen, the title track’s message gives the album an accessible starting point. For a more deliberate session, let the record unfold as a whole: the subject reaches beyond romantic relationships to include friends, neighbours and strangers. That broader perspective makes the album suitable for listening alone or sharing with someone else.

What stands out

The album’s central idea is its breadth: love is presented not only between partners, but also as care for friends, neighbours and people you may not know. That gives the record a consistent theme to follow across its songs, while the title track puts the idea into direct words by urging listeners to show love even when it is not being expressed in return.

The sound is described as rich vocals set against technicolour pop, so the appeal is in the combination of expressive singing and an energetic pop approach. As the follow-up to Angel Face, it also gives listeners a way to continue exploring Stephen Sanchez’s album work in the LP format. If your priority is a cohesive album with a message at its centre, rather than choosing music one track at a time, this record offers a clear direction for your listening.
