MUSICOZY GH01 Bluetooth Headband Headphones with 40 mm Drivers for Sleep and Sport

For winding down with an audiobook, stretching through a yoga session or listening while travelling, the MUSICOZY GH01 brings wireless audio into a soft headband. Its on-ear design keeps the speakers within the fabric band, making it a practical alternative to wearing separate earbuds for listening in bed or during a workout.

The breathable Spandex-nylon fabric and built-in microphone add everyday comfort and convenience, while touch controls let you manage listening from the headband.

Quick overview

The GH01 is a Bluetooth headband headphone with 40 mm dynamic drivers, a built-in microphone and USB-C charging. It is designed for uses including sleep, running, exercise, yoga and travel, and connects to Bluetooth-enabled devices. For a workout, for example, you can wear the band while listening to music and use its microphone for calls without switching to a separate headset.

In buyer feedback, the headband design, sound and use for sleep are often appreciated. Opinions are more mixed on battery life and connectivity, so individual experiences vary.

How it fits

Instead of placing a separate earbud in each ear, the GH01 positions its audio components in a soft, on-ear headband. That format is intended for side sleepers as well as active use, and the breathable Spandex-nylon fabric gives the band a lightweight, flexible feel. Choose this style if you prefer audio built into a fabric band, conventional earbuds remain a different format for people who want separate earpieces.

Getting the most from it

Pair the headband with a Bluetooth-enabled phone or other compatible device, then use the touch controls to manage playback. The listed Bluetooth range is 10 metres, useful for listening while moving around nearby. Its integrated microphone also supports hands-free calls, while the fabric-band format suits activities such as yoga, running and travel.

The rechargeable battery is listed for up to 10 hours of music playback, with a charge time of about two hours. USB-C is the charging interface. For a bedtime routine, charge it ahead of time, connect your audio and settle in with music or an audiobook, for daytime use, the same headband design carries over to a workout or commute.

Before you decide

Can I use the GH01 with my phone? Yes. It connects wirelessly to Bluetooth-enabled devices, so it can be paired with a compatible phone for music and calls.

Is it designed for sleeping on your side? The headband is marketed for side sleepers and places the audio components within a fabric band rather than using separate earbuds. It can also be used for travel, relaxation and exercise.

How long does it play, and how long does charging take? The listed playback time is 10 hours, and charging takes about two hours. Actual listening time can vary with use.

Is it worth it?

The GH01 makes sense for listeners who want one wearable audio format for winding down and staying active. Its headband construction, 40 mm drivers, built-in microphone and touch controls bring the essentials together without the separate-earbud approach. If you want music for a bedtime routine, yoga or a run, it offers a straightforward way to keep listening in a soft, breathable band.
