LC-dolida LC001 Bluetooth Sleep Headphones, Washable Headband with Mic

Bluetooth 5.4 connects the LC-dolida LC001 headband to compatible devices for wireless listening at bedtime or during a workout. Its speakers are built into a soft, stretchy fabric band, so audio stays close without separate earbuds. A built-in microphone and simple button controls also make it useful for hands-free calls.

Why it’s worth it

The LC001 combines a headband for keeping hair in place with Bluetooth audio for sleep, exercise and everyday listening. The flat speakers sit inside the band, creating a low-profile alternative to conventional earbuds for relaxing in bed or winding down before sleep. Buyers often describe the fabric as soft and the sound as enjoyable, and some say they use the headphones while sleeping on their side. Fit feedback is mixed, so the feel of a stretchy band may vary from person to person.

For active use, the band can help keep hair secured while you focus on activities such as yoga, tennis or a workout. At home, it can play audio from a cell phone, tablet or laptop while leaving your hands free for other tasks. The built-in microphone supports calls, and push-button controls let you manage playback, skip tracks and adjust volume without reaching for your device. Once paired, the headphones are designed to reconnect to the previously paired device when switched on.

Key points

Bluetooth 5.4 provides wireless connectivity with compatible Bluetooth audio devices, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, smart speakers and gaming consoles. The built-in dynamic speakers cover a stated frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, while the microphone adds call functionality to the listening setup. Rather than choosing between a standard sports headband and separate wireless earbuds, this design combines hair coverage and audio in one wearable band.

It makes sense if you want a single accessory for listening while resting, keeping hair in place or exercising. The push buttons provide direct control over common playback functions, and the band’s lightweight, stretchy fabric construction is intended for a close fit. Buyers also report using it for walks and workouts, as well as at bedtime, making it a flexible choice for different parts of the day.

Maintenance

The speakers and Bluetooth module can be removed through the small openings in the band before washing. Remove them gently, then hand-wash or machine-wash the fabric headband. Let it dry fully before reinstalling the speakers and module. This removable design makes it practical to refresh the part of the headphones that sits against your head, whether you wear the band for exercise or sleep.

Final verdict

The LC-dolida LC001 is designed for people who want music or calls in a wearable headband rather than a conventional pair of earbuds. Its Bluetooth connection, integrated microphone and simple controls suit listening at home, at bedtime or while staying active, while the washable fabric band adds a practical care option. Choose it for the combination of headband coverage and built-in audio across those everyday settings.
