Gritin G1316 Book Light with 7 Full-Spectrum LEDs and 6 Colour Temperatures
Product description
For readers who want comfortable light at night or in dim surroundings, the Gritin G1316 combines a clip-on reading lamp with a built-in torch. Choose from six colour temperatures and six brightness levels for the main light, then angle the lamp head towards the page or task at hand.
Its compact 63 g design clips onto books and other useful surfaces, while a memory function retains the main light’s brightness and colour temperature settings. The separate torch adds focused white light when you need it—two lighting options in one portable lamp.

Tips for day-to-day use
Clip the light to a book for hands-free reading, or attach it to a desk, headboard, bookshelf or camping tent to direct light where it is useful. The main light’s colour and brightness controls let you tailor the page illumination to your surroundings, while the memory function saves the previous main-light settings for next time. Four green indicators show battery status: a flashing light indicates charging, and a steady light indicates a full charge.
The main reading light and torch cannot be used at the same time, so select the mode that suits the task. The lamp head turns 90° left or right and tilts 60° down, the clip rotates 150° to help position the beam. Rather than carrying a separate small torch alongside a basic book lamp, this 2-in-1 design provides both reading illumination and a focused white-light option in one unit. Need a different kind of light for a quick task? Switch to the torch using its dedicated control.
Getting the most from it
For a softer reading setup, select one of the warmer colour temperatures and lower the brightness, for a brighter page, increase the level or choose a cooler setting. The main LEDs are described as full-spectrum, with high colour rendering for natural-looking colours. A long press allows stepless brightness or colour-temperature adjustment, while the four independent buttons control the main light, its brightness and colour, and the torch.
The torch’s dimming and strobe functions add flexibility beyond reading, including focused illumination for a brief check in a dark space. The product is specified with a 1000mAh battery and a runtime of 160 hours or more. Buyers also highlight the range of brightness and colour adjustments, portability and usefulness for reading in different places.
Practical questions
Can the reading light and torch run together? No. The main light and torch are separate modes and cannot be on simultaneously, use the dedicated controls to select the one you need.
How do you recharge it? The lamp has a USB-C rechargeable 1000mAh lithium polymer battery. A full charge takes approximately 1.75 hours, the green indicator flashes while charging and stays on when charging is complete.
Where can the clip be attached? It is designed to attach to books, desks, headboards, bookshelves and camping tents. The rotating clip and adjustable lamp head help direct light towards the reading area or another nearby task.
When it makes sense
The Gritin G1316 suits readers who want adjustable, hands-free page lighting with the convenience of a built-in torch. Its range of light settings, compact clip-on format and saved main-light preferences make it a practical fit for bedtime reading, dim indoor spaces and portable use when one lamp needs to cover more than one lighting task.
