Deconovo 2 Blackout Curtains, Black, 2 Panels, 42 x 72 Inch

The triple-weave thermal fabric in these Deconovo blackout curtains helps reduce incoming light and heat transfer through the window, making it easier to create a darker, more comfortable room. The black polyester panels also soften outside noise and add privacy for everyday indoor use.

Each panel measures 42 W x 72 L inches, and the set includes two panels. Use them in a bedroom, living room, home office or media room where light control and a coordinated window covering are useful.

Who it’s for

These curtains suit bedrooms where morning light or outdoor glare can disrupt rest, as well as media rooms where a darker setting helps with movie nights. They also work in living rooms and home offices when you want more privacy and less glare without changing the room’s overall setup. The black colour offers stronger room-darkening performance than lighter colours, while the solid pattern and modern style fit a range of interiors.

For a practical example, hang the panels in a bedroom facing bright morning light: the blackout lining helps darken the space, while the thermal fabric helps reduce heat transfer through the window. They’re a good fit if you want light control, privacy and a simple solid-colour look in one set. If you’re choosing between decorative curtains and a more functional window covering, these combine both roles with room-darkening and thermal features.

Why it’s worth it

The blackout lining is made from 100% polyester, and the curtain fabric uses a triple-weave construction. Together, these features help reduce incoming light and glare, support a more private room and soften outside noise. The thermal fabric is designed to reduce heat transfer through windows, helping the room feel more comfortable across seasons.

Two hanging options make it easier to match the finish to your space. Use the hidden back tabs for pleated folds, or slide a rod through the pocket for a more relaxed drape. The panels are compatible with most standard curtain rods, giving you a straightforward way to update a window without committing to only one hanging style.

Buyers commonly describe the curtains as effective for darkening a room and like their appearance. Some also praise the fabric’s thickness, while opinions on fabric quality vary. These impressions can help set expectations for the look and feel, while the documented lining and hanging options explain what the product is designed to do.

What to know

The set contains two black polyester drapes, each measuring 42 W x 72 L inches. Their solid colour and modern style make them easy to coordinate with bedroom or living-room décor, while the blackout lining supports room-darkening use. The recommended use is indoors.

Care is straightforward: machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. For the finished look, choose between the back tabs, which create pleats, and the rod pocket, which gives the fabric a more relaxed drape. Consider the panel dimensions when planning coverage for your window.
