ELNIDO QUEEN 20 x 54-Inch Body Pillow with Black Polyester Pillowcase

Adults looking for support along the length of the body can use the ELNIDO QUEEN body pillow for sleep, reading or nursing. Its 20 x 54-inch rectangular shape gives you one long cushion to position where you need support.

The pillow is filled with polyester fibre and comes with a removable black pillowcase made from 100% polyester. The breathable fabric and medium-density fill are designed for comfortable, supportive use.

The envelope-style pillowcase is easy to remove, and both the pillow and cover have care instructions for washing. This set includes one pillow insert and one pillowcase.

Key features

The full-length format offers an alternative to arranging several shorter pillows around your body. Use the pillow to support areas such as your back, neck, feet or abdomen while lying down, or position it for support as you read in bed. Its rectangular shape makes it straightforward to place alongside your usual sleeping setup.

The polyester fibre fill has a medium density, providing a balance of cushioning and support. The black polyester pillowcase has an envelope closure, so it can be removed without dealing with a zipper. The fabric is described as breathable and skin-friendly, making the pillow suitable for regular use in a bedroom or hotel setting.

Cleaning & care

The pillow is machine washable and can be tumble-dried on a low-temperature setting. To help extend the insert’s service life, wash the pillowcase more often and the insert less often. When the pillow arrives, pat, squeeze and fold it to help restore its full, fluffy shape before use.

Best use cases

For sleep, position the long pillow alongside your body to add support where you want it, including around the back, neck or feet. It can also be placed for support while reading in bed, giving you a full-length cushion rather than relying on a bulky pillow or several separate ones.

The product is also suited to nursing and breastfeeding, where a long pillow can provide additional body support while seated or resting. Its adult size and full-body format make it a practical choice for bedrooms, and the removable cover helps with routine care between uses. The same pillow can move between sleeping and relaxing activities, so you can keep one familiar cushion available for different parts of your day.

Buying verdict

Choose this body pillow if you want a long, 20 x 54-inch cushion for adult sleeping, reading or nursing, with a removable black cover and a medium-density polyester fill. The included insert and pillowcase make it a ready-to-use set, while the machine-washable design supports straightforward upkeep. It’s a good fit if you prefer one full-length pillow to position around your body for added support during rest or bed-based activities.
