ZBNMY Smart Ring, Black Size 8, Sleep Tracking, IP68 Waterproof, 5–7-Day Battery

Sleep and activity tracking in a ring format makes it easier to keep wellness data close throughout the day and night. The ZBNMY Smart Ring records sleep patterns, heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, distance, and energy expenditure, with the information available in its app.

Its app has no subscription fee, and the ring works with compatible iOS and Android phones. A charging case and a battery life of 5–7 days between charges support regular use at home or on the go.

Tech summary

The ring tracks sleep stages, including deep and light sleep, eye movement, and wakefulness, so you can review patterns in the app and use them to inform everyday routines. It also monitors heart rate and blood oxygen, while activity tracking covers steps, distance, and energy expenditure. Multiple sport modes add activity options, and the app brings these readings together for convenient review.

There is no display on the ring, readings and reports are viewed in the app. App access is free without a subscription. The ring charges in 1–2 hours and typically runs for 5–7 days on a full charge, depending on use. A portable charging case with a 500 mAh battery is included, along with a user manual and USB-C cable.

Everyday compatibility

The ring is compatible with iOS 10.0 and later and Android 8.0 and later. Once connected to a compatible smartphone, the app provides access to recorded health and activity data. It also supports remote photo capture, which can be useful when you want to take a group photo without holding your phone, and lets you share health data with friends or family.

For a suitable fit, measure the circumference of the finger where you plan to wear the ring using the string method shown in the sizing images, then compare the measurement with the size chart. The listed version is black, size 8. A secure fit helps keep the ring in place during everyday movement.

Everyday use

Wear it to follow daily movement and rest in one device, then check the app when you want to see how activity and sleep are recorded over time. For example, after a day with a walk or a workout, you can review steps and distance alongside your sleep report rather than relying on a step tracker alone. The ring’s IP68 waterproof rating supports use during handwashing, showers, and shallow swimming, as well as gym and daily routines.

Compared with a smartwatch centered on an on-device screen, this ring keeps the tracking in a compact wearable and directs you to the phone app for reports. That approach suits people who want health and activity information without viewing it on the ring itself.

Final verdict

The ZBNMY Smart Ring combines sleep, heart-rate, blood-oxygen, and activity tracking with a free app, smartphone compatibility, and a portable charging case. It’s a practical fit for everyday monitoring when you prefer a ring-style wearable and want your recorded data available in an app without a subscription.
