YINEYA SELBowl-PL-1 Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, Polypropylene Maze, Dishwasher Safe

Made from food-contact-safe polypropylene, the YINEYA SELBowl-PL-1 uses a maze-style raised pattern to make food less straightforward to scoop up. The design gives fast eaters a slower-paced way to work through a meal.

Its non-slip rubber pads help keep the bowl steady during feeding, while the smooth raised sections are designed to let pets reach their food without getting caught in narrow grooves.

What changes when a meal is spread across a maze instead of served in a plain bowl? Each bite takes more work, turning routine feeding into a more engaging pace for dogs and cats.

The essentials

This slow feeder is made for small and medium dogs and can also be used for cats. Its puzzle-style layout helps distribute food around the bowl rather than leaving it in one open space. That makes it a practical alternative to a standard bowl for pets that tend to eat quickly, while keeping mealtime familiar and food-based rather than introducing a separate toy.

The polypropylene construction is durable and easy to clean. The bowl is dishwasher safe, and its maze channels are described as wide enough to make cleaning by hand straightforward, too. It is designed for dry or wet food, so you can use it with the meal your pet already eats.

Buyers often highlight the bowl’s usefulness for slowing down fast eaters and appreciate that it can go in the dishwasher. Feedback on perceived size and how well it stays in place varies. When choosing a feeder, consider your pet’s usual portion and the surface where meals are served.

Maintenance

Clean the bowl after use to keep it ready for the next meal. Rinse it with warm water and detergent or place it in the dishwasher. The smooth polypropylene surface and moderate-width maze channels make both approaches practical for regular cleanup, including after wet food.

Usage tips

Add your pet’s meal across the maze so food is spread through the raised paths. This encourages a slower, more deliberate way of eating than serving the same portion in an open bowl. For a pet that eats quickly, the bowl can make an everyday feeding routine more interactive without changing the food itself.

Place it in your pet’s usual feeding area and let them work through the channels at their own pace. The rubber pads are intended to help limit sliding as your pet eats. If you serve different types of food, the bowl is designed for both dry and wet meals, clean it after use before the next serving.

Final verdict

The YINEYA maze feeder suits pet owners looking for a reusable way to add structure to mealtime for a small or medium dog, or a cat. Its polypropylene build, raised puzzle pattern, non-slip pads, and dishwasher-safe care combine practical cleanup with a more gradual feeding experience. Choose it when you want the familiar convenience of a bowl with a maze design that gives fast eaters more to navigate at each meal.
