IMIPAW DU3L-KE-B Automatic Cat Feeder, 3L, 6 Meals, Portion Control
Product description
At a glance
With a 3-liter capacity, the IMIPAW DU3L-KE-B automatic feeder holds dry food for scheduled portions throughout the day. Set 1–6 meals daily and adjust each meal from 1 to 20 portions, with each portion approximately 8 g. That flexibility helps create a consistent feeding routine while giving you control over how much food is dispensed at each scheduled meal.
A removable food tank, stainless steel bowl, and included desiccant pack make everyday feeding and upkeep straightforward. The feeder is designed for indoor use with dry food smaller than 0.4 inches.
Instead of filling a bowl manually at each mealtime, you can set a schedule to cover periods when you’re working, sleeping, or away from home. Buyers also describe the feeder as easy to program and appreciate its functionality, some say their cats respond well to the feeding times.
How to take care of it
The food tank can be detached for cleaning. Hand-wash the removable parts and keep the base dry, the base should not be washed. The included desiccant pack helps keep food fresh inside the feeder, so it’s a practical part of the setup when loading dry food.
The unit runs from a power adapter and can also use three D-size alkaline batteries as backup during a power outage. The batteries are sold separately. For regular use, the manufacturer recommends operating it with the power supply connected.
Usage tips
Set the daily meal times and portion counts using the feeder’s controls and setup instructions. Since each portion is approximately 8 g, the adjustable range lets you tailor the scheduled amount to your pet’s routine. The outlet uses a double-rubber rotor and angled opening to help move suitable dry food through the dispenser. Check that kibble is smaller than 0.4 inches before filling the tank.
The feeder has non-slip feet and a 0.2-inch height increase. An additional foot pad that raises the feeder by 1–2 inches is available separately, allowing you to choose a setup based on your pet’s needs. The listed target species are cats and small dogs, making the unit relevant for households that feed either with appropriately sized dry food.
For a planned day away or a regular work schedule, program the meals ahead of time and keep the feeder connected to power. The battery backup offers another power option, while the portion settings help keep each scheduled meal consistent with the routine you choose.
