Womier SK80 Retro 75% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with Color Display
Product description
A compact gaming setup calls for a different keyboard feel than a desk built around a full-size layout. The Womier SK80 combines a retro Coffee Cat design with a 75% layout and a color multimedia display. Its hot-swappable linear switches and customizable RGB lighting add options for gaming and everyday typing.
Key takeaways
The upper-right display gives at-a-glance access to settings and status, including Caps Lock, connection mode, system selection, lighting controls, volume, and language. It can also show a custom GIF, bringing a personal touch to a themed desk. The angled screen is designed for convenient viewing while you use the keyboard.
The gasket-mounted design, EVA positioning plate, and bottom filling shape the typing feel. Pre-lubed POM linear switches provide a smooth linear keystroke, while the south-facing light diffusers pair with RGB backlighting. Choose among 19 lighting effects and 9 lighting colors, then adjust brightness and flow rate. The display, lighting, and macro settings can be customized through the keyboard driver, including a music-sync mode that makes lighting respond to music.
Usage tips
Connect through the detachable USB-C cable for a wired setup. The keyboard is compatible with Windows and Mac, and its driver supports customization of RGB modes, macros, and GIF display settings. If you want to tailor the feel, the hot-swappable PCB works with 3-pin or 5-pin switches, making switch changes possible without replacing the whole keyboard.
The display’s connecting wires are delicate, so avoid disassembling the keyboard, this helps protect the screen connection. For a tidy desk, the multi-direction cable routing and two-stage feet let you organize the cable path and adjust the keyboard’s position. Buyers often praise the Coffee Cat styling and typing sound, with some noting that the look draws compliments. These impressions reflect personal preferences, while the display and customization features offer practical ways to make the keyboard your own.
Who it’s for
The SK80 suits gamers and everyday typists who want a compact mechanical keyboard with a distinctive retro theme rather than a conventional full-size board. The multimedia screen is useful if you like seeing key status and lighting settings without relying only on key combinations. Hot-swappable switches appeal to users who want to customize their keyboard’s feel over time, while the adjustable RGB effects and GIF display give themed setups more room for personalization.
It also fits a mixed-use desk: use the linear switches for regular typing, then set the lighting and macros to suit gaming sessions. Its 75% format keeps the focus on a more compact layout, while the display adds controls and visual customization in one place.

It brings useful status information and personalization options to a gaming or daily-use desk, with switch compatibility that supports further customization.
