VOLISUN 21171ZM Low-Profile Ceiling Fan with Light, Remote, and Gold Finish

This VOLISUN fan combines two needs in one ceiling fixture: adjustable indoor lighting and a choice of airflow speeds. Its 19.7-inch round, flush-mount design sits close to the ceiling, while the gold finish and acrylic shade give it a more decorative look than a basic fan-and-light setup.

Remote and app controls let you adjust the light and fan, and a wall switch is also listed. The light is dimmable, with adjustable color temperature and a dual memory function for saved settings. Six fan speeds provide options for a gentler breeze or stronger airflow.

Worth noting

The integrated LED is rated at 36 watts and 4,320 lumens in the product details. The fixture is listed as non-removable, so this is a combined fan-and-light unit rather than a setup designed around a separate, replaceable light fixture. It is intended for indoor use and is not water resistant. The listed materials are acrylic, ABS, and aluminum, with a gold-colored shade.

The product information recommends it for rooms between 15–25 m² and names bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kids’ rooms, and kitchens. That makes it worth considering where a low-profile fixture and both light and airflow are useful. For an outdoor area, choose a fixture specifically rated for that setting instead.

Who it’s for

You’ll appreciate it if you want a ceiling fan and light in one flush-mounted fixture, with remote control and multiple speed and lighting settings. In a bedroom, for example, you could use a lower fan speed and dimmed light in the evening, then change the settings for brighter general lighting. Buyers often praise the appearance, airflow, quiet operation, and range of adjustments. Some also describe installation as straightforward, though the included manual and wiring still matter when planning the job.

Compared with a simpler fixed-light fixture, this model offers more control over brightness and fan speed. A separate fan and light may make more sense if you want independent fixtures or a light that can be removed. Not the best choice if the intended location is outdoors, since the product is specified for indoor use and has no water resistance.

How to use it

The listed controls are a remote, mobile app, and wall switch. Use the remote or app to adjust the dimmable light and select among six fan speeds, the dual memory function is intended to recall preferred light settings. The product comes with a light kit and remote, and the installation is described as flush mount. Most components are said to be pre-assembled, but the fixture still needs to be connected and mounted according to its user guide. If you prioritize a setup that avoids ceiling wiring, this product’s listed installation method may not suit your plans.

Questions before you buy

Can the fan and light be controlled remotely? Yes. The listed control options include a remote and app, as well as a wall switch.

Is the light adjustable? The product is described as dimmable, with adjustable color temperature and a memory function. The specifications list the light source as LED.

What comes in the box? The listed included components are a light kit and remote control. A user manual is also described in the installation information.

Is it worth it?

This model is a practical fit when you want a low-profile indoor fixture that combines a fan, integrated LED lighting, and several control options. Its size, six fan speeds, dimming, and gold finish help define the choice. Consider a different setup if you need outdoor-rated equipment, a removable light, or separate fan and lighting fixtures.
