ZMISHIBO 20-Inch Low-Profile Ceiling Fan with RGB Lights and Remote

The low-profile ceiling fan format combines airflow and lighting in one fixture. ZMISHIBO pairs two independently controlled light rings with a reversible DC motor. Want color accents and a separate everyday room light? The remote and app let you adjust both without relying on a single fixed lighting mode.

Key takeaways

The upper ring handles RGB colors and fade modes, while the lower ring provides the main white light. Its color temperature ranges from 3000K to 6000K, and brightness can be dimmed from 10% to 100%. You can use either ring on its own or run both together, which gives the fixture more flexibility than a basic ceiling fan with a single white light.

The fan has six speeds and a reversible motor for summer downdraft or winter updraft airflow. It is listed at below 30 dB, and the light is rated at 2500LM. The stated room suitability is up to 9x11 ft, making the intended use a smaller bedroom, living room, or gaming area rather than a large open space.

The remote and Bluetooth app both provide control of fan speed, timer, and lighting. The timer has 1-, 4-, and 8-hour settings. For RGB, the remote offers preset colors and cycles, the app provides RGB sliders for choosing a custom shade. The product also saves RGB and white-light settings five seconds after turn-on, so the preferred lighting setup can return when switched on again.

Best use cases

This fan is suited to a compact room where overhead airflow and adjustable lighting need to share one fixture. In a bedroom, for example, the white ring can serve as the main light while the RGB ring adds a color accent, in a gaming setup, the two can be used together for a more personalized look. Its low-profile design and flush-mount installation are relevant when choosing a ceiling fan for a cozy indoor space.

It suits you if you want more lighting control than a conventional fan light offers, especially the option to adjust RGB and white light separately. If you mainly need straightforward airflow and never use color lighting, a simpler fan-and-light setup may be a more direct fit. You may want to skip it if the room is larger than the stated coverage of up to 9x11 ft.

Usage tips

Use the remote for preset RGB choices and quick changes to speed or brightness. For a specific RGB shade, use the app’s color controls instead. The white-light ring can be dimmed independently in practical terms through its separate control, with the available range running from 10% to 100%, its color temperature can also be adjusted between 3000K and 6000K.

The reversible motor offers two airflow directions for different seasons: downdraft cooling in summer and updraft circulation in winter. Set the timer to 1, 4, or 8 hours when you want operation to end automatically. Installation materials include an illustrated manual and a step-by-step video, though the provided details do not specify installation time or ceiling requirements beyond flush mounting.

Buying verdict

The ZMISHIBO stands out for combining a reversible six-speed fan with separately controlled RGB and dimmable white lighting. Its controls and memory function make sense for someone who expects to change the room’s lighting often, while the stated coverage points toward smaller rooms. For a space within that intended size, it brings more lighting options than a basic fan light, for a larger room or someone who wants only simple illumination, those added controls may matter less.
