VKIMISS W1-6+6 Cat Fountain Filters, 12-Pack with Carbon Filters and Sponges

If you need replacement filters for a VKIMISS 108 oz wireless cat fountain, this set is made for that fountain. It includes carbon filters and pre-filter sponges in one pack. The two filter types address different kinds of debris and water taste. Together, they support a regular fountain maintenance routine.

What matters most

The W1-6+6 pack contains six carbon filters and six sponge filters, for 12 replacement pieces total. It is compatible with the VKIMISS 3.2 L/108 oz wireless cat water fountain, making it a specifically matched replacement set for that model rather than a general-purpose filter purchase.

Each component has a distinct role. The carbon filters help reduce the taste and odor of chlorine in tap water, which can make the fountain’s water more appealing to pets. The sponge filters capture pet hair, dirt, and food particles before they circulate through the fountain. Choosing a set with both filter types gives you the carbon and pre-filter components for routine replacements, rather than sourcing each part separately.

Usage tips

Before installing a filter, soak it in clean water for five minutes, then rinse it for 30 seconds. This preparation helps remove carbon dust or powder from the filter before it goes into the fountain. Follow the fountain’s setup process when fitting the replacements so the filters sit in their intended positions.

The recommended replacement interval is every one to two weeks. How often you change them depends on how frequently your pet drinks and how many pets use the fountain. Keeping a supply of both carbon filters and sponges on hand makes it easier to replace the paired components as part of the same maintenance routine.

Everyday use

For a cat using the fountain throughout the day, the carbon filter addresses chlorine taste and odor while the sponge catches loose hair and food particles. That combination suits everyday indoor use, where water and debris pass through the fountain repeatedly. The set is also identified for cats and dogs, while its specified fountain compatibility is the VKIMISS 3.2 L/108 oz wireless model.

The filters are useful when maintaining that particular fountain and planning recurring changes: keep the next pair ready, prepare each new filter with the soak-and-rinse steps, then replace them according to use. This approach focuses on keeping the fountain’s filtration components fresh, rather than treating a replacement as a one-time accessory purchase. For shoppers comparing a combined replacement set with a carbon-only option, the included sponges provide the separate debris-catching component as well.

Buying verdict

Choose the VKIMISS W1-6+6 set when you need replacement filtration for the compatible VKIMISS 108 oz fountain and want both carbon filters and pre-filter sponges together. Its six-and-six mix supports repeated changes, while the carbon and sponge components each have a clear function in daily fountain use. It makes sense if you want a matched replacement set and a straightforward routine for preparing and changing the filters.
