COMHOMA DF-PET10-GY Large Outdoor Dog House, PP Shell, Raised Base
Product description
Measuring 37"D x 40.1"W x 40.9"H, the COMHOMA DF-PET10-GY gives medium and large dogs a dedicated outdoor shelter. Its polypropylene shell is designed for all-weather use, while a raised floor separates the interior from damp ground. Air vents and a clear door flap add practical details for everyday outdoor use.
Fit and sizing
The roomy interior is suited to medium-to-large dogs, with overall dimensions of 37"D x 40.1"W x 40.9"H. Use those measurements to compare the shelter with the space available in a yard or other outdoor area, and consider your dog’s size when choosing a place for it. The raised base lifts the floor above soil and puddles, making this a useful setup for an outdoor resting spot where ground moisture is a concern.
The clear vinyl door flap helps block wind and driving rain while allowing a dog to see outside. Air vents are built into the shelter to support ventilation. Together, these features make the design practical for a dog that uses a backyard shelter in changing weather, while keeping the entrance and airflow considerations in one place.
Why it’s worth it
The polypropylene shell is made for outdoor use and resists corrosion, with a sturdy structure intended to handle everyday scratching and chewing. A sloped roof helps shed rain, snow, and debris, and the raised floor adds separation from cold or wet ground. These elements give the shelter a covered, elevated resting space without relying on a fabric-style outdoor bed.
Setup and upkeep are also part of the design. Snap-together parts and pre-drilled holes make assembly straightforward. When it is time to clean, the removable roof gives access to the interior, while smooth surfaces can be swept or rinsed with a hose. For a backyard shelter used regularly, that combination makes routine cleaning more manageable.
