FUAMEY C83-FUAMEY-126MF-Red-XS Dog Coat, Fleece-Lined, Reflective, Water-Resistant

For a small dog heading out on a chilly, wet walk, the FUAMEY fleece coat adds a warm layer with a water-resistant polyester shell for cold-weather conditions.

A double fleece lining and soft turtleneck collar help cover the neck and body, while adjustable elastic straps at the collar let you tailor the fit.

Reflective strips add visibility in low light, and two back D-rings provide a leash-attachment option for calm small dogs. This red XS style is made for winter outings and everyday wear.

Where it shines

The coat brings together features suited to brisk walks when the weather is cold, windy, rainy, or snowy. Its water-resistant outer fabric helps with damp conditions, while the double-layer fleece lining provides an insulating layer for chilly days. The raised plush collar helps cover the neck, and its elastic adjustment lets you set the collar snugly for your dog.

A zipper at the back makes the coat straightforward to put on and take off. Reflective strips are useful when walks extend into the evening or take place in low light. For a practical outing, put the coat on before a winter walk, adjust the collar, and attach a leash to the two D-rings if your dog is calm and small. Compared with a basic pullover layer, this design combines a zipper, reflective details, and leash rings in one garment.

What to know

This is the red XS size, listed with a 10-inch neck and a 13.77-inch chest. Measure your dog’s neck and chest and compare those measurements with the size details when choosing a fit. The coat is made from 100% polyester and has a solid-color design.

The leash rings are intended for calm small dogs. For a dog that pulls or lunges, use a separate harness for better control and safety. The coat is also described as padded and windproof, making it a cold-weather layer for walks as well as indoor daily wear.

Buyer feedback often appreciates the warmth, appearance, and ease of putting the coat on and taking it off. Reports about fit and zipper performance are mixed, so checking the measurements and fastening the zipper carefully are useful parts of getting ready for a walk.

Tips for day-to-day use

Position the coat so it covers your dog comfortably, then adjust the collar before heading outside. Use the D-rings only for a calm small dog, choose a separate harness for dogs that pull or lunge. After outdoor use, check the garment and zipper for debris before putting it away. The listed care details mention hand washing and machine washing, so follow the care guidance on the garment when cleaning it.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a fleece-lined winter coat for a small dog and value practical details for outdoor walks, including reflective strips and leash rings. The red XS combines warmth-focused layering, a water-resistant outer fabric, and an easy-access zipper in one jacket. Its most suitable role is as a cold-weather layer for everyday walks and outings in winter conditions.
