Vanstek VanstekEGP12 Retractable Erasable Gel Pens, 18 Black, 0.7 mm

For planners, notes, crossword puzzles, and other writing where revisions are part of the process, these Vanstek pens pair black gel ink with an erasable design. The fine 0.7 mm point suits everyday writing, while the rubber comfort grip gives you a cushioned place to hold the pen as you work.

The 18-count set keeps a group of matching black pens ready for home, school, or desk use. A side clicker retracts the tip, and the eraser at the top lets you correct writing after the ink has dried.

What you’ll notice day to day

The ink writes like a gel pen, and the built-in eraser gives you a practical way to revise notes, planner entries, and puzzle answers without switching to a separate erasing tool. Let the ink dry fully before erasing. That small step helps the eraser work as intended and keeps corrections neater.

A fine 0.7 mm point is useful when you want a defined line for compact handwriting or filling in a planner. The black ink keeps entries clear and consistent, while the round body and soft rubber grip support a comfortable hold during writing. For quick pauses, press the side clicker to retract the tip instead of leaving it exposed.

Highlights

This set includes 18 black retractable erasable gel pens. Each has a 0.7 mm fine point, a rubber comfort grip, and an eraser at the top. The retractable clicker makes the pens convenient to keep at a desk or carry with planning and note-taking supplies.

Compared with a conventional gel pen that leaves permanent marks, an erasable pen is a useful fit for working notes and drafts that may change. Keep a traditional non-erasable pen for examination, legal, or official documents: these pens are not recommended for those uses. Buyers often praise the erasability, while feedback is mixed on writing performance, some also raise durability concerns, including reports of pens lasting a day or less.

Care tips

Before first use, remove the protective cover and the red wax seal from the tip. After writing, retract the tip to help prevent the ink from drying out. Store the pens away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. If a pen needs help starting, scribble on paper for a few seconds to get the ink flowing. For clean corrections, wait until the ink is completely dry before using the eraser.

Questions before you buy

How do you erase the ink? Let the writing dry completely, then use the eraser at the top of the pen to remove the mark. This makes the pens handy for revisable notes, planning, and crossword puzzles.

How does the retractable feature work? Press the side clicker to extend or retract the writing tip. Retracting it after use is a practical way to protect the tip between writing sessions.

Are these pens suitable for official or exam papers? They are not recommended for examination paper or legal and official documents. They are intended for everyday writing where erasable ink is useful, such as notes and planners.
