Simply Cool 5 Mil Thermal Laminating Pouches, 150 Count, Six Sizes

For home, classroom, and office users who need to protect a mix of documents, photos, cards, and badges, Simply Cool thermal laminating pouches offer six sizes in one pack. The clear, two-sided finish keeps the contents visible, while the 5 mil thickness suits everyday projects that benefit from a sturdy laminated covering.

With 150 pouches split evenly across six formats, it’s easy to match the pouch to the item at hand instead of relying on a single size. Need to laminate a small ID badge and a letter-size page in the same session? This variety pack covers both.

At a glance

Each pouch is designed for thermal lamination and use with a standard laminator. The 150-count pack includes 25 pouches in each of six sizes: business card, 2.3 x 3.7 inches, ID badge, 2.5 x 4.2 inches, notecard, 3.7 x 5.3 inches, card, 4.3 x 6.3 inches, photo, 5.3 x 7.2 inches, and letter, 9 x 11.5 inches. The clear finish helps preserve the visibility of text and images on items such as certificates, photos, classroom materials, and signs.

A mixed-size pack is especially practical when projects vary from day to day. Compared with stocking several packs of one size, these pouches keep common formats together for home organization, school activities, and office paperwork. The letter-size pouch has a 9-inch laminating width, giving you a format for full-page documents alongside smaller cards and prints.

Everyday use

Use the pouches for items you want to keep protected and easy to view, such as reference cards, ID badges, photos, notecards, or printed learning materials. The dry-erase-friendly surface also suits materials used for repeated writing and wiping. For example, a classroom or office can laminate a reusable practice sheet while using the smaller sizes for cards and badges.

Customers often praise the range of sizes, clear finish, and ease of trimming pouches to suit a project. They also mention using them for handmade planners and dry-erase materials. These comments reflect individual experiences, while the six listed formats provide the practical flexibility for projects of different sizes.

How to use it

Choose a pouch that fits the item, place the paper or print inside, and feed it through a thermal laminator. The pouches support back-to-back laminations, so several items can be prepared in one session. After laminating, trim the pouch as needed for a neat fit around the finished piece. For letter-size work, the 9-inch maximum laminating width is a useful sizing reference when preparing documents.

The six formats help reduce the need to cut every project from a larger pouch: select the business-card or badge size for compact items, and the photo, card, notecard, or letter format for larger pieces. This makes the pack suitable for varied household, craft, teaching, and workplace tasks using a standard thermal laminator.

Final verdict

Simply Cool’s 150-count assortment is a useful match for people who laminate more than one kind of item and want common sizes ready in a single pack. Its six formats cover small cards through letter-size pages, and the 5 mil thermal pouches provide a clear covering for documents, photos, and reusable materials. Choose it for flexible home, classroom, or office laminating without having to center every project around one pouch size.
