Who it’s for

This calendar is designed for households that want a shared view of work, school, sports, appointments, and reminders instead of relying on separate calendars. Color-coded schedules and recurring daily or weekly reminders can help make upcoming plans and regular routines easier for everyone to follow. Chore charts add a practical way to assign household tasks, track progress, and use rewards to encourage participation.

It also suits families who want meal plans, shopping lists, and to-do items visible in the same place as their events. When the calendar is not being used for planning, photo display mode lets it show family pictures. The free app and lack of monthly subscription fees support ongoing use without a recurring app charge. Buyer feedback often praises the shared scheduling and organizational features, while some buyers report functionality problems, opinions on that aspect are mixed.

Usage tips

Place the display where family members regularly pass through, such as a kitchen, hallway, or entryway, so the shared schedule is easy to see. Use the included stand for a desk, countertop, or entryway table, or mount it on a wall. Connecting the calendars your household already uses can bring appointments into one view, while color-coded schedules help distinguish family members’ plans. Add recurring reminders for routines and use the chore chart, meal planner, shopping list, and to-do list to keep daily tasks alongside the calendar. Switch to photo display mode to show favorite family memories when you want the screen to serve a different purpose.

Practical questions

Which calendar services can it sync with? It supports Google, iCloud, Outlook, Cozi, and Yahoo calendars, bringing events from those services into the shared planner.

Can it sit on a desk or go on a wall? Both options are supported. Use the included stand on a desk, countertop, or entryway table, or mount the display on a wall.

What can the family organize besides appointments? The planner includes meal planning, shopping lists, to-do lists, chore charts, color-coded schedules, and recurring reminders. It can also display photos when used in photo display mode.
