REXIPETS Yak Cheese Dog Chews for Large Dogs, 32 oz, Lactose-Free

For dogs that enjoy a substantial chew, REXIPETS Yak Cheese Dog Chews offer a firm, engaging way to enjoy a treat made with yak cheese. The large-dog positioning and long-lasting chew format make them a practical choice for keeping a dog occupied during a quiet stretch at home.

They’re lactose-free and gluten-free, with a hard texture intended to support dental cleaning as dogs chew.

How it fits

This chew is positioned for large dogs and aggressive chewers, and the product is described for all life stages. It suits moments when a regular bite-sized treat is over too quickly and a dog would benefit from a longer chewing activity. The firm texture gives dogs something to work on, while the stick form is easy to offer as a standalone chew.

If you’re choosing between a quick snack and a chew designed for a longer session, this yak cheese format is the more engaging option. Customers often say their dogs enjoy the taste and stay occupied, some also describe using it to help settle a dog during teething. Feedback on durability varies, however: some buyers find the chews last a long time, while others report that pieces can break off sharp. Size feedback is mixed as well, so select a chew that suits your individual dog and keep an eye on how it is being chewed.

Pros

Yak cheese is the featured ingredient, giving this treat a distinct alternative to routine dog biscuits. The listing describes it as lactose-free, gluten-free, and free of preservatives. That limited-ingredient profile can be useful for owners looking for a simple chew option, while the firm texture is intended to help clean teeth and reduce plaque and tartar buildup during chewing.

The Himalayan-made chew is also described as ethically sourced and produced using traditional methods that support local communities. For a practical at-home scenario, offer it during a calm break when your dog is ready for a sustained chewing activity rather than a treat that disappears in a bite. Customer comments frequently highlight dogs’ interest in the taste and the engagement the chew provides, alongside varied views on how long it lasts.
