RECCI CWC-001 AirFrame King Upholstered Bed Frame with Chenille Headboard

A 360° soft foam surround gives this king bed frame a cushioned outline, while beige chenille adds a warm, modern finish. The padded headboard brings that same upholstered look to the wall-facing side. Want a softer profile than a conventional frame with exposed edges? The low-profile design creates a streamlined centerpiece without requiring a box spring.

Everyday use

The AirFrame is designed to make the bed feel visually soft and finished from every side. Its foam-padded perimeter covers the frame’s outer edges, and the plush headboard provides a comfortable upholstered backdrop for sitting up in bed. In a family bedroom or a space where people move around the bed, that cushioned border can be a practical alternative to a frame with uncovered corners.

The king-size layout suits a larger mattress setup, while the low profile keeps the overall look close to the floor. Beige chenille works naturally with neutral bedding and modern interiors. The frame uses a metal structure beneath the upholstery, combining a fabric-covered appearance with a defined support frame. No box spring is required, so the bed can be set up without adding that separate layer.

What stands out

The main distinction is the fully cushioned look: instead of presenting a visible hard-edged frame, the design wraps the perimeter in foam upholstery. That makes the frame’s shape part of the bedroom’s decor and gives the sides a softer finish. Chenille adds texture, while the padded headboard carries the same cloud-inspired style through the full bed profile.

Assembly follows a clear sequence: let the foam parts expand, put together the metal frame, slip the upholstery over it, and attach the headboard. Buyers often praise the appearance and straightforward assembly. Feedback is more varied on mattress fit, support, and how substantial the upholstery feels, and some buyers report that the material tore during use. Those experiences are useful to keep in mind when comparing a cushioned upholstered frame with a more conventional exposed-frame design.

When it makes sense

Choose the RECCI AirFrame if you want a king bed with a soft, upholstered outline rather than a plainly exposed frame. Its chenille finish, padded headboard, low profile, and 360° foam surround make it a natural fit for a modern bedroom where comfort-minded styling is part of the furniture choice. The no-box-spring design also keeps the setup focused on the frame and mattress, while the metal structure provides the framework beneath its cushioned appearance.
