JOEJOY 23-Inch Hooded Donut Pet Bed, Machine Washable with Non-Skid Bottom
Product description
At 23 x 23 x 7 inches, this round JOEJOY bed combines a cushioned donut-style shape with a hooded blanket. Its compact footprint is designed for small pets who like to curl up or burrow indoors.
The outer cover uses faux fur and suede-style fabric, with polyester fiber filling. A non-skid bottom is intended to help keep the bed in place on tile and hardwood floors.
Unlike a basic open mat, this design gives pets a covered space to settle under the blanket. You’ll appreciate it if your dog or cat prefers a snug spot, the listed size and weight recommendation make it important to match the bed to your pet’s dimensions and habits.
On-body feel
The plush lining, padded center, and raised round edge create a soft, enclosed resting spot. The cushioned sides can give a curled-up pet a place to lean its head, while the blanket adds a covered area for animals that like to tuck themselves in. The product is described as breathable, but no temperature range or specific cooling performance is provided.
Buyer feedback often highlights the soft feel and the appeal of the blanket for pets that like to burrow. Some owners also say the bed suits small dogs and cats. Durability comments are mixed: some report that it holds up through washing, while others mention seams separating or the bed ripping. Those reports are worth weighing if your pet is especially rough with bedding.
Why it makes sense
The hooded format is the main reason to choose this over a simple cushion. It offers both an open padded area and a covered place to nest, without requiring a separate blanket. The non-skid bottom is another practical detail for indoor use on smooth floors. The bed is machine washable, and the care instructions recommend drying it in a dryer on low heat rather than air drying.
It arrives vacuum-packed. The instructions say to pat the round sides into shape and leave the bed for two days to regain its form. That setup step is useful to know if you plan to put it out for a pet immediately after unpacking. Not the best choice if your pet chews bedding: the manufacturer explicitly says the bed is not chew-proof.

Is it worth it?
This bed is most relevant for a small indoor pet that likes a soft, raised-edge resting place and may use the hooded blanket to burrow. Its 23-inch size and 25-pound maximum recommendation help define the intended fit, but the listed measurements are more useful than the “small” label alone when choosing for a pet. If you need a chew-resistant bed or want stronger assurance about long-term seam durability, this product’s own warning and mixed buyer feedback point toward considering a different style. For a pet that curls up and enjoys a covered nook, the combination of a padded donut shape, blanket, and washable construction gives it a clear use case.
