KSIIA GD005 Plush Dog Crate Bed, 35 x 23-Inch Washable Gray Mat

For dog owners looking for a medium-size crate mat, the KSIIA GD005 provides a plush, padded place for a dog to rest. Its rectangular shape measures 35 x 23 inches, so compare those dimensions with your crate’s interior before choosing.

The bed is made with polyester and velvet and has 3.5 inches of polypropylene fiber filling. A non-slip bottom is intended to help keep it in place as a dog steps on or off.

It can also serve as a kennel mat, dog pillow, or travel bed. Buyer feedback is positive about softness and cushioning, though experiences with washing vary and some mention a long drying time.

Key points

This gray mat combines a plush cover with 3.5 inches of filling held by six keyhole fixation points. That gives it a more cushioned profile than a thin, basic crate liner. The non-slip, scratch-resistant bottom is designed for crate or floor use, while the rectangular 35 x 23-inch format gives you a clear size to compare against the space available.

Customers often describe the bed as soft and comfortable, and some say it fits their crates well. Those comments are useful context, but the listed dimensions are the reliable guide for deciding whether it will fit your setup. The product is intended for medium dogs, no single fit can be assumed for every dog or crate.

How to use it

The bed arrives vacuum-packed. The product details recommend patting it or allowing about 24 hours for it to expand before use. It can be used in a crate, kennel, or as a standalone mat for indoor resting or travel.

Care information lists both hand washing and machine washing, while the product directions specify a gentle cold wash and low tumble dry. Buyer experiences are mixed: some find it easy to clean, while others report difficulty washing it or waiting for it to dry. If frequent washing is a priority, that difference in feedback is worth weighing against the plush padding.

Best use cases

This bed suits a medium dog that needs a soft surface inside a crate or kennel, or a portable resting spot for a car or truck. Its 3.5-inch thickness makes it a more cushioned alternative to a simple, thin liner, a flatter mat may suit buyers who prefer a lower-profile surface. The non-slip bottom is another relevant detail for dogs that move onto and off the bed, though the product information does not specify how it performs on every floor type.

You’ll appreciate it if you want one plush mat for crate use and occasional travel, and can match its measurements to your space. You may want to skip it if your main priority is a bed with consistently reported, quick washing and drying, customer feedback on cleaning is divided.

Before you decide

Will it fit my dog’s crate? The bed measures 35 x 23 inches. Compare those dimensions with the crate’s usable interior rather than relying only on a general size label.

Can it be machine washed? The listing describes it as machine washable and gives gentle cold washing and low tumble drying directions. It also mentions hand washing, and buyers report mixed cleaning experiences.

Does it need setup before use? It arrives vacuum-packed, the product directions suggest patting it or letting it expand for about 24 hours before your dog uses it.

Should you buy it?

Choose the KSIIA GD005 if a plush, padded crate mat in a specific 35 x 23-inch size matches your dog’s resting space, and you value the option to use it for travel as well. Its soft materials, filled construction, and non-slip bottom give it a clear role beyond a basic liner. The main trade-off in the available information is care: washing is listed as an option, but customer experiences vary, including reports of slow drying. For buyers comfortable with that uncertainty, the size and intended uses make the decision straightforward, those who need predictable, frequent wash-and-dry cycles may prefer a simpler mat.
