PHTTULE Children at Play Slow Down Signs, 2-Pack, 18 x 12-Inch Aluminum

For a driveway or neighborhood street where children play, these PHTTULE signs provide a clear “Children at Play / Slow Down” reminder for passing drivers. Each sign has a yellow-and-black design and reflective coating. Would a visible warning help identify a spot where drivers should use extra care? The signs can support that reminder, but they cannot control how drivers respond.

Highlights

The set includes two aluminum signs, each listed as 18 x 12 inches. Their landscape format gives the warning room to read, while the large lettering and contrasting yellow-and-black colors are intended to stand out. The aluminum is described as rust-free, with a glossy UV coating and reflective finish for outdoor use. That construction makes these a more permanent approach than putting up a temporary paper notice, especially for a yard, driveway, fence, gate, or pole where the same warning needs to remain in place.

Each sign has two pre-drilled holes for mounting. The product information lists wall, pole, and floor-standing mounting types, and describes installation on walls, fences, poles, and gates. Keep in mind that screws, nails, zip ties, and other mounting accessories are not included, so the right attachment method will depend on where you plan to place the signs. The listed product dimensions are 17.5 inches long by 12 inches wide, while the size is also given as 18 x 12 inches, factor that in if you have a tightly sized mounting area.

Getting the most from it

Choose a location where the sign can be seen by approaching drivers without being blocked by a gate, parked vehicle, or landscaping. Before mounting, consider the surface and select suitable fasteners separately, the two pre-drilled holes provide mounting points, but the package does not include installation hardware. Using both signs in separate locations may help mark more than one approach to a play area, or let you place a warning at different entry points around a property.

The aluminum construction, reflective coating, and UV coating are intended for outdoor placement and exposure to weather. The description also states that the graphics are designed to resist fading, but it does not establish how visible the sign will be in every lighting condition or from every distance. Treat it as a supplemental safety reminder, not a substitute for supervising children or taking other precautions around traffic.

Best use cases

These signs are suited to residential settings such as a driveway, yard, or neighborhood street where children may be playing. They may also suit a property with a gate or fence that needs a fixed, readable warning. The two-sign pack gives buyers flexibility to mark separate spots, rather than relying on a single notice at one entrance. For a short-term event, a temporary sign may be easier to move, this aluminum set makes more sense when you want a mounted outdoor reminder.

Should you buy it?

A solid pick if you want two pre-printed, yellow-and-black aluminum warnings for outdoor placement and already have a suitable way to mount them. The size, reflective finish, and pre-drilled holes make the intended use clear without requiring custom lettering. It’s not for you if you need mounting hardware included, or if you expect a sign alone to ensure drivers slow down. The main buying decision is whether the listed size and mounting points suit your chosen locations.
