Mart Cobra 6PACK Emergency Blankets, 82 x 52-Inch Reflective Mylar, 6-Pack

Each Mart Cobra emergency blanket measures 82 x 52 inches and is made from aluminized Mylar. The six-pack gives you multiple blankets to place in different emergency kits or keep in separate vehicles and bags.

The reflective material is designed to help retain body heat, while its water-resistant and windproof features add practical coverage outdoors. Each blanket is individually packaged for convenient storage.

For camping, hiking, travel, or a vehicle emergency kit, these lightweight blankets offer a compact alternative to packing a traditional blanket when storage space matters.

Key takeaways

The reflective Mylar surface helps direct body heat back toward the user, making the blanket useful as an emergency warmth layer in cold or windy conditions. Its 82 x 52-inch size provides broad coverage, and the material can also be used as a simple shelter or tarp in an emergency setting.

The six-pack is useful when you want emergency coverage in more than one place. Keep a blanket with first-aid supplies, in a backpack, or in a car kit so it is available for outdoor trips and unexpected situations. The manufacturer describes the blankets as reusable when handled and stored carefully.

Buyers often highlight the blankets’ portability, warmth, and usefulness in emergency kits. Feedback on durability is mixed: some find them sturdy, while others say they can tear. Handle the thin reflective material with care, particularly when folding it for storage.

Care & maintenance

Hand wash only. After use, handle the blanket carefully and store it properly if you plan to reuse it. Folding it neatly helps keep it ready for a backpack, first-aid kit, or vehicle emergency kit. The lightweight Mylar construction makes it easier to keep emergency coverage close at hand than a traditional, bulkier blanket.

Tips for day-to-day use

Place the individually packaged blankets where they are easy to reach, such as with camping supplies, hiking gear, or vehicle emergency equipment. For a cold-weather outing, a blanket can be part of your emergency kit alongside other supplies. Its reflective surface is intended to help retain body heat, while the water-resistant, windproof material offers a layer of protection from the elements.

The blanket can also serve as a basic emergency shelter or tarp. When using it outdoors, arrange it to provide coverage while taking care not to snag or puncture the material. Choosing a six-pack makes it practical to distribute blankets among several kits rather than relying on a single shared one.
