Peslv pet-fk-ipad10th Privacy Screen Protector, Matte PET, Anti-Glare

Why it makes sense

If you use an iPad in shared spaces and want more privacy than a standard clear screen protector provides, this Peslv matte privacy protector is designed for that need. Its filter limits side viewing in landscape orientation, while the matte surface helps reduce reflected light. It also includes a blue-light filter and a touch-sensitive surface for everyday iPad use. Choose this privacy-focused approach for working with sensitive content in public, a clear protector is better suited to users who prioritize an unobstructed view from different angles.

Highlights

The privacy filter is designed to make screen content difficult to see beyond 28 degrees from the side when the iPad is held horizontally. It does not provide vertical privacy, so orientation matters when positioning your tablet in a shared setting. For a coffee shop, airport lounge, or shared workspace, the horizontal viewing filter adds a layer of discretion while you read or work.

The matte PET surface combines anti-glare and scratch-resistant features. Peslv specifies that its anti-glare layer intercepts up to 95% of reflected light, and its blue-light filter blocks up to 93%. These features are intended to make the display more comfortable to use in bright surroundings and during screen time. The 3H hardness rating, high touch sensitivity, and stated compatibility with Face ID and Apple Pencil support regular interaction with the tablet.

The protector is compatible with the 10th-generation 10.9-inch iPad and the 11th-generation 11-inch iPad with A16. The manufacturer lists model numbers A3354, A3355, A3356, A2696, A2757, and A2777, check the number on the back of your iPad before choosing this version. Buyers often describe installation as easy, though opinions vary on fit and adhesion. Feedback also differs on privacy and screen clarity: some find the filter effective and the view clear, while others report less satisfying privacy or a blurry appearance. Durability impressions vary as well.

Getting the most from it

For installation, clean the display with the supplied screen-cleaning kit, then use the installation kit and nanofiber cleaning cloth to prepare and position the protector. The nano-silica adsorption layer is designed to adhere and help release air bubbles during application. Taking care to align the protector with the display before settling it into place helps keep the screen unobstructed. The package lists one privacy screen protector, one nanofiber cleaning cloth, one installation kit, and one screen-cleaning kit.
