OPDEKEHA Cat Scratch-1 Puzzle Box, Wooden Cat Toy with Nail File Surface
Product description
The wooden Cat Scratch-1 puzzle box measures 15.75 x 12.2 x 3.35 inches and combines a scratching surface with an interactive play space. Its low, floor-mounted design gives indoor cats room to paw at toys and explore a food puzzle while their claws contact the sandpaper-lined panels.
Three jingle balls and two feather wands add different ways to draw a cat into play. Use it as a reward-based activity with dry food, or let the included toys provide the focus, it brings enrichment and routine claw care together in one piece.
Fit and sizing
At 15.75 inches long, 12.2 inches wide, and 3.35 inches high, the box sits on the floor and offers a defined area for batting, pawing, and scratching. It is intended for indoor cats. The wood construction and modern wood-colored finish make it a natural fit for a home play area, while the integrated design keeps the activity and scratching surface together rather than spreading separate toys across the room.
To make the puzzle part of play, place dry food inside and let your cat work at the box with its paws. The sandpaper-lined panels provide a surface for claws to pass over as the cat explores. For cats with very long nails, trim them before using the box for routine maintenance. The box arrives ready to use without assembly, its lid opens with a lock for access inside.
Why it makes sense
A basic scratcher gives a cat a place to scratch, while this box adds toys and a food-puzzle activity to encourage interaction. The three jingle balls and two feather wands offer variety, and hiding dry food gives curious cats another reason to paw and dig. That combination can suit homes looking for an engaging indoor activity alongside a dedicated scratching surface.
The product uses 100-grit sandpaper on the nail-file panels and has a smooth wood body. Buyers often describe the toy as entertaining and like its appearance, construction, and scratching surface. Feedback on durability is mixed, so experiences vary, some buyers also mention balls coming out of the cutouts. For care, the listed instruction is spot clean only. Periodically shaking out nail dust is also suggested.
