OIRLVCE Dog Waste Bags 13" x 9

On a neighborhood walk, a bag that tears cleanly from its roll and gives you room to tie it off can make cleanup less awkward. OIRLVCE dog waste bags measure 13" x 9" and are described as thick, lavender-scented bags for dogs and cats.

The corn starch blend and recyclable packaging may appeal if you’re trying to reduce plastic waste, though the listing doesn’t provide details about how the bags should be disposed of.

Size & fit

At 13" x 9", each bag is intended to provide room for waste from large-breed dogs as well as smaller pets. That extra space can help when you need to gather and tie a bag while standing on a sidewalk or beside a trail. The bags are green and lavender-scented, so the scent is part of the experience, not an optional feature described in the product details.

From the way it is set up, a perforated tear-off point and an easy-tear bottom seam are meant to separate bags quickly from the roll. The listing says a dispenser is not included, so you’ll need to carry a roll on its own or use a dispenser you already have. It’s a great fit if you want larger bags with a scent and a quick tear-off design for everyday walks.

Pros

• The 13" x 9" size gives you more room than a compact bag format.
• The thicker design is intended to help resist leaks during pickup.
• A tear-off seam can make it easier to grab a bag without fumbling with the roll.
• The corn starch blend and recyclable packaging speak to waste reduction, though they don’t establish specific disposal instructions.

What matters more on a walk: the bag’s material, or being able to open and separate it quickly with one hand? The easy-tear design addresses the latter, while the listing doesn’t say whether the bags are individually packaged or how they perform in a dispenser.

Spec sheet

• Type: Dog waste bags
• Size: 13" x 9"
• Material: Corn starch blend
• Color: Green
• Scent: Lavender
• Included: Rolls of bags, dispenser not included

There’s a quantity mismatch in the supplied product details: the product name says 24 rolls and 360 bags, while the description says 36 rolls with 15 bags per roll, for 540 bags. That makes the actual package count unclear, which matters if you’re choosing a supply for multiple pets or planning how often to restock.

Is it worth it?

These bags make sense for routine dog walks or cat cleanup if you value a larger 13" x 9" format, lavender scent, and a tear-off seam. Compared with choosing a basic bag mainly for a low-profile roll, this set puts more emphasis on size and easier separation. The tradeoff is that the dispenser isn’t included, and the conflicting roll counts make it hard to judge how much supply you’re actually getting. It’s not for you if you need a confirmed bag count before buying, prefer unscented bags, or want a complete carry setup in the package.
