Product description
For a shared queen bed, the FANSACE MFA16Q-003 combines gel memory foam with individually pocketed springs in a 16-inch hybrid mattress. Its medium-firm feel, seven-zone support, and reinforced edges bring several comfort and support features together in one mattress-in-a-box design.
The Euro top adds a cushioned surface, while the layered construction is made to support body contours and help distribute pressure. A 365-night trial is also listed for this model.
Size & fit
This is a U.S. standard Queen mattress, measuring 80 inches long by 60 inches wide and 16 inches thick. The dimensions make it a match for a queen-size bed setup, while the medium-firm feel offers a middle ground for shoppers who want cushioning from foam alongside the support of springs.
If you are comparing an all-foam mattress with a traditional spring design, what does this hybrid add? It brings gel memory foam and pocket springs together, with seven-zone support and reinforced edges as part of the construction. That combination suits a bedroom where both contouring comfort and a spring-based support layer matter.
What stands out
Gel memory foam forms part of the comfort layers, while the individually pocketed coils respond separately within the mattress. The design is intended to limit motion transfer, a useful feature when one person shifts position and another is sharing the bed. The foam is also described as breathable, and the knitted fabric is designed to encourage airflow and help dissipate heat and sweat.
The seven-zone support and pressure-relief features give the mattress a more targeted support approach than a uniform comfort layer alone. Reinforced side support helps stabilize the edges, which can make the usable surface feel more supported when sitting or sleeping near the perimeter. Its Euro top adds a defined cushion layer without changing the medium-firm positioning.
The mattress is shipped in a box. Allow 24–72 hours for it to expand after opening, as recommended by the manufacturer. Buyers commonly highlight its comfort and medium-firm feel, and some also praise its perceived quality and value. These impressions can help set expectations, while comfort remains personal.
