Mr. Pen 4-in-1 Erasable Multicolor Pen

What matters most

If you want to color-code notes without carrying a separate pen for every color, this five-pack of Mr. Pen pens keeps four selectable ink colors in each retractable barrel. That makes it handy for switching between headings, reminders, and regular notes without pausing to rummage through a pencil case. Each pen also has a built-in friction eraser for correcting erasable ink.

The format is geared toward planners, journaling, studying, and everyday writing—not a single-color pen for someone who never needs to switch. The product name describes a fine point, fast-drying ink, and no-smudge writing, though the supplied details don’t give a tip measurement or list the specific ink colors. From the way it is set up, its main benefit is having color choices and an eraser together, rather than a more specialized writing tip.

How to use it

Choose one of the four retractable writing tips in the barrel, then click it back when you’re done. For a practical planner routine, you could use different colors to mark appointments, tasks, and notes, then erase a changed entry with the built-in friction eraser instead of reaching for correction tape or a separate eraser. The attached clip gives you a way to keep the pen with a notebook or planner between uses.

Keep in mind that the listing doesn’t specify the individual ink colors or how the ink performs on different paper types. If those details matter for a particular planner or journal, the general description may not answer that question.

Practical tips

A four-color barrel is most useful when you switch colors often during one writing session. For example, while reviewing study notes, you can change colors to distinguish a heading from a key detail, then erase and rewrite a correction in place. Carrying one multi-color pen can also be simpler than bringing several individual pens, although the five-pack means you can keep extras in separate places or share them.

Retracting the tips between uses helps keep them protected, and the clip is useful for attaching a pen to a notebook or planner. The product is presented as fast-drying and no-smudge, but no drying-time measurement or paper-specific guidance is provided. If you need a particular line width or reliably detailed ink-color information before choosing, that missing detail may matter more than the convenience of the multi-color setup.

It suits you if you regularly organize handwritten notes by color and want an eraser built into the pen. Not the best choice if you need a specifically measured tip size, a confirmed ink-color lineup, or a dedicated single-color writing tool.

Practical doubts

How many colors can you select from one pen? Each barrel has four selectable ink colors, according to the product description.

Does it include an eraser? Yes. Each pen has a built-in friction eraser for removing erasable ink.

Can you carry it with a planner? The retractable tips and attached pocket clip are intended to make it easy to keep with a notebook, planner, pocket, or pencil case.

Should you buy it?

This set makes the most sense if your everyday writing involves frequent color changes and occasional corrections. The five-pack gives you several pens, while each individual barrel combines four colors, a retractable design, and an eraser—useful features for planning or studying without juggling separate tools. Choose a simpler single-color pen if color coding is not part of your routine, or look for more detailed product information if exact tip size and ink colors are central to your decision.
